  • If I see one more person saying they need to cut out sugar INCLUDING FRUIT.

I don’t know how to be more clear about this:
✖️SUGAR IS NOT THE ENEMY
✖️FRUIT IS NOT THE ENEMY

Have you ever talked to someone who gained weight and they told you “yeah I ate too many APPLES!”??!!🍎🍏
.
That is not a thing. If it were we would ALL know.
.
Fruit is super nutritious! It is healthy! It grows on freaking trees!🌳😂
.
If you have followed me for a while you know that I do not believe in cutting out any food group for weight loss. .
If you are cutting out foods it gets harder and harder to have a balanced life. You will start to feel deprived and this will not last- trust me.
.
I teach my clients to live in more of a balance because that is what is sustainable. And your fitness journey has to be sustainable for it to work because it. takes. time!
.
Weight loss is not fast. This is why I prefer to sign clients up for 12 week programs instead of 4, because its a process! If it were fast and easy we would all be doing it. But its not like that. It really just comes down to consistency, energy balance, and moving your bod.💪🏼
.
So thats what I do. I teach my clients energy balance, movement, and consistency. I teach that you can have anything in moderation, AND you can still see results that way.
.
I would much rather live in a world where you can have a smoothie if you want it without guilt over eating fruit. I mean come on.😂

It’s been almost FOUR YEARS since I hit my rock bottom. .

Almost four years since I decided that enough was enough and I needed to invest in my health, invest in ME!

Almost four years that I couldn’t have the crappy mindset anymore that I needed to starve myself by being in a crazy calorie deficit, cut carbs completely or give up on foods that I loved....it was when I broke the diet cycle.
.

Almost four years since I realized that a healthy lifestyle was exactly what I needed. Not a quick fix or a fad diet. I tried that, for many years.
.

Almost four years since I got up EVERY DAY whether I wanted to or not and did the HARD WORK because the alternative was no longer good for me. .

Almost four years since this CHANGED. MY. LIFE. Cliché or not; it was the truth.
.

And I’m asking you to do the same. Invest in your health, create a new mindset, do the hard work and change your life. It’s start with one decision and it starts with you.

  • A little core exercise 🤪 med en kettlebell båret i den ene hånd, som vist retter du ryggen og spænder op i din core region (det er ikke kun maven ☝🏻😉) bøjer til modsat side af, hvor du holder kettlebell’en for at lige “huske” de skrå mavemuskler på, de også skal på job. LANGSOMT tager du et HØJT knæløft (og et skridt obv. 😜) og dernæst med andet ben. Tag eksempelvis 10 skridt og skift så side (kettlebell skal nu i den anden hånd)
Ja, jeg skærer det ud i pap. Men jeg har oplevet 1000 gange folk ikke har forstået, hvad jeg mener med udførelsen i denne øvelse. Så nu hel garderer jeg mig 😜 øvelsen rammer stort set hele din core. Men også din balance og de stabiliserende muskler i blandt andet anklerne. Jeg har en MEGET stiv venstre ankel for tiden og nu brokker den sig (på den gode måde) fordi, musklerne har været tvunget i arbejde. Det er ikke en super hård øvelse, men så alligevel! #tryitout
