  • One of the things, I enjoy most about the warm weather, is walking for ages and drinking frozen smoothies. It’s a nice way to get your low intensity exercise in on days you don’t want to hit the gym or as an extra session after your strength training sesh. Now that I have a dog (Navy), getting in extra walks here and there has become so much easier! She keeps me fit! 😊✌🏽💪🏽

  • Wat is koken met veggies toch leuk én lekker! Ik ben dol op alle kleurtjes, die de groenten hebben🍅🍆🌶🥕. Fleurt toch altijd dat bordje eten op. Einen wunderschönen guten Morgen.🌞 Mein Oster🐰Urlaub ist leider schon rum - aber schlechte Laune habe ich trotzdem keine.🙅‍♀️ Ich muss diese Woche schließlich nur "4Tage" arbeiten - nächste ebenfalls und die darauf habe ich Urlaub.🌴🌞

muss - wollte ich heute Morgen meinen Tag mit einer Cardio-Einheit🏃‍♀️ starten.🏁
Aber mich hat heute Morgen🌞 nichts aus dem Bettchen bekommen!🙅‍♀️ Und ob das mit dem Muskelkater gut gegangen wäre?
I don't know.🤷‍♀️ Also liege ich immer noch im Bettchen.😴
Ok! Noch 2 Minuten aber dann ab unter die Dusche🧖‍♀️ - meine gerichtet Mahlzeiten in die Arbeitstasche👜 packen und dann geht es auch schon los.👣
Entweder geht es Heute mit dem Rad🚴‍♀️
oder mit dem Auto zur Arbeit.📚

Aua😭 - Legday steht noch auf dem heutigen Trainingsplan.🗒 Das werde ich mir aber nicht entgehen lassen nach dem ich heute Morgen schon das Cardio sausen gelassen habe!

Die Mahlzeiten für den morgigen Arbeitstag📚 werden auch noch gerichtet - aber nur Frühstück und Mittagessen.🍽➡️ Wird ein "kurzer Arbeitstag".📚
Aber dazu Morgen mehr!💭 Ich wünsche euch allen einen angenehmen Arbeitstag!📚 Und einen schönen Dienstag!🥰 Für die Urlaubern unter Uns: lasst es euch gut gehen!🙏🏼

  • I did something special to me and 100 percent out of my comfort zone. But I needed to do this for me and my mom because you never know what tomorrow holds.

I wanted to remember this moment in time where I feel beautiful, strong, and free.

I remember the first time he introduced his techniques for the Sissy Squat. I looked like a total wreck! 🙈

  • Don’t let yourself wait around until you have/find motivation. Simply choose to workout and do it! Even and especially when you don’t feel motivated. The more you push yourself and set your mind differently the easier it will be to find that motivation. Make it a habit!

(Sarcasm...if you didn’t catch my tone) the house is a mess, the kids are in sugar comas from all the festivities and Sunday errands didn’t get done. But that’s OK!!! Because @alexia_clark gave me #brosplits as a post Easter gift and I could not thank her any more
