You can train as hard as you want, but if you consume crap, you'll be going backwards instead of forward!! it all starts in the kitchen! The belly 'muscles' is the area which many have so much difficulty with. 70% to 80% has to do with your nutrition. The rest is your training. So by 'only' training hard, you won't get the pack you always yearned for. The easy part is actually training. The difficult part is how you feed yourself. Give up junk food, soda and foods that are mostly sugar.⠀
