Non sono mai stato un’animalista sfegatato, eppure gli animali e la natura mi affascinano tantissimo. Sono il vero patrimonio delle nostre realtà, quindi proteggiamoli tutelando il loro e il nostro pianeta.
Sono però del parere che mantenere una giusta scala piramidale degli esseri viventi, permetta un giusto equilibrio tra sicurezza, fisiologia e rispetto. 🐎
It’s Motivation Monday! Here’s a friendly reminder to never be motivated by shame or jealousy. We often feel ashamed when we see someone else accomplishing what we feel we’re failing at. But no matter where you are on your journey you should never be ashamed of yourself or how you look. I challenge you today to look at other’s success and see it as proof that you can succeed as well. Don’t begrudge others good things because you don’t have everything you want. If they have it that means, with the right mindset, you can too. Shift your perspective and watch how it changes every aspect of your life. Remember, your worth has nothing to do with your weight. Love and respect yourself. Enjoy life and be happy. 💖

🎈My 25th Birthday Today🎈
This past year has been an interesting yet tremendous one. I am blessed to have met so many people, worked in multiple gyms, and traveled to new places. -
For those who don’t know I have been training for 2 years almost and have worked at 3 different gyms. I started off at Retro, went to Crunch, and lastly now I am at Life Time. I’ve learned lessons from each place I have been at and it only helped forge me into the person I am today. I read a book called The Alchemist and it talks about pursuing your dreams by following what your heart desires. “If you truly want something the universe will conspire in all ways to help you achieve it.” When I started working at Retro I told one of the workers I wanted to work at Life Time because I felt it would be the best work place for me to bring me to the next level. Here I am a little over a year later and could not be more thankful for the new people I have met and the energy they give me to constantly push my boundaries to step outside of my comfort zone. I am more than excited to see what 25 brings me because for some reason I feel like this year is going to be a special one. -

One thing I’ve been struggling with the past few weeks in the gym is glute pain/hip pain to the point where I could barely walk. If you’re having pain in that region, it’s likely due to one of two things (or a combination); tight hamstrings and/or back muscles that insert in the lower back. One thing I do before and after workouts is STRETCH! Stretching really is the key to working out otherwise you continue to shorten the muscles and increase your risk for injury. You can’t have gains in the gym without proper stretching. Simply touching your toes bending over from the hips at a 90 degree angle stretches the hamstrings. Another thing I do is take a lacrosse ball (thanks @sskula) and I roll out tight areas of my back. I find a tight or painful area and stay on that spot for 8-10 seconds, take a deep breath and move onto the next sore spot. #workout#exercise#hiit#fitness#fitnessfreak#fitnessfanatic#fitmodel#fitnessmodel#fit#fitfam#fitlife
