Tomorrow we take on the slopes on a tour and lunch with a view amongst the peaks not forgetting the team 6am gym session to start the day right 💪🏽 Sometimes you just have to change and challenge routine or it becomes lethal. Refresh to re inspire to allow for creativity

  • Chegou na hora do almoço e da janta e você pensa: “Vou comer só mais um pouquinho”?🤭
Você já sabe que não deveria, sabe que pode ganhar peso por comer demais no dia todo e que já está satisfeita e é só vontade de comer, mas mesmo assim não consegue ter auto controle e no fim das contas acaba ficando com sensação de estufamento e desconforto por ter comido muito. 🤢

Hoje eu quero te ajudar, te apresentando 4 dicas para comer menos e ter auto controle. 🧚

1 -🍽️ Evite deixar as panelas ou travessas de comida em cima da mesa, para não ficar sentido o cheiro da comida, evitando repetir.

2 - 🍽️Coma em um prato de sobremesa onde irá caber menores quantidades.

3 - 🍽️Cozinhe a porção para servir um prato e assim você evita que sobre para repetir.

4 - 🍽️Divida a quantidade de 1 porção em dois pratos para ter a ideia que está repetindo. Na verdade você estará comendo a mesma quantidade de 1 prato, porém, dividindo em dois momentos. ⬇️⬇️Quem aí já passou por essa situação no almoço ou janta, coloca “EU” aqui nos comentários. 🙋

  • Well I've easily hit, and passed, my target of 75miles walked for the month. I wasn't really sure what was happening with my knee and physio, and how capable id be of walking long distances. Still a week to go until I submit my total distance, and I can still change my target to 100 miles right up to the last day, so I think I might do that. Then next month I'll go for 125 or 150. Just slowly build the pace and distance over time. I'm not doing this for any reason other than that I like a challenge. I NEED a challenge. And I can't run at the moment so this is the best I can do. Crazy to think before Christmas I was walking up to 70 miles a week! Not only the fact that it is so energy draining when trained properly but the fact that you can't see your back when training it and that it is very hard to focus on. Your upper back muscles and lats form one of the largest areas of the upper body and therefore essential in hypertrophy workouts as well as fat loss workouts. Because these areas are so significant, back strengthening exercises will help you improve your maxes on most other upper body lifts. It is very important to train your back muscles for posture because most of us sit all day long at work, and our shoulders tend to roll forward.
