  • It’s super important to find confidence in some aspect of your life. It seems like some people are born with it. I know I sure wasn’t. To me, confidence means to accept yourself for who you are and being brave enough to start acting like the person you want to be. Little by little, you become your ideal self; and that’s where you begin to find true happiness. I began to find my confidence in the gym, and like most energy- good or bad- it spread and seeped into other aspects of my life. Success breeds success, and confidence builds on itself. Whether it’s the gym, your academics, or any activity, finding that area where you feel particularly capable will be the beginning of your success mindset and can-do-will-do attitude. 
Be brave and go find that place.

  • Aujourd’hui ce fut Poitrine/Triceps ....et clairement je me suis surpassée sur ma séance ! Tellement surpassée que mes muscles étaient tétanisés pratiquement dès le début de la séance ! 🤗🤗

Eso es un ERROR 🙅🏻‍♂️ La clave para mantener un estilo de vida saludable o alcanzar ciertos objetivos es encajar el FITNESS en tu vida SOCIAL y no al contrario, si no es imposible ser FELIZ y DIVERTIRSE (clave para cualquier aspecto de la vida) a la vez que MANTIENES esta forma de vida (lo que dará resultados). Esta, es la BASE de RBFitNutricion 💙

Cenar con amigos 🍔, tomarse unas 🍻, salir de fiesta... no va a sacarte de tu vida fitness o suponer un grave problema siempre y cuando el resto del tiempo hagas las cosas al 💯%. Si vas al 50% en tus entrenamientos/dieta, SÍ que va a suponer un problema.
(Tampoco es lo mismo beberse 20 copas que unas cervezas o un BigMac vs un hamburguesote DE VERDAD 😉😏) Por esto, no distingo entre mi instagram “social” del “profesional”, para mi ambos mundos son LO MISMO y es lo que quiero que haga todo aquel que entre en el  #RBTeam

  • Als Kleinkind wagen wir unsere ersten SCHRITTE, später machen wir ständig FortSCHRITTE und entwickeln uns schließlich SCHRITT für SCHRITT weiter. 
Es sind die Füße die uns geduldig durchs Leben tragen. Sie bestehen aus 26 Knochen, 33 Gelenken, 20 Muskeln und mehr als 100 Bändern und Sehnen.

Damit sorgen sie dafür, dass wir „fest im Leben stehen“...sie sind für uns das, was die Wurzeln für die Bäume sind: Sie erden uns, geben uns Halt und Gleichgewicht. 
Wenn du dich erden willst hier 3 Möglichkeiten:

1. Stelle dich aufrecht hin, lasse deine Zehen locker (wie ein Plattfuß) und belaste deinen gesamten Fuß gleichmäßig. Dann verbinde dich in Gedanken mit Mutter Erde und lass Wurzeln in den Boden wachsen. 
2. Tripple/stampfe mit deinen Füßen schnell und ca. 1-2 min auf den Boden. 
3. Geh in der Natur joggen.

  • So happy to be back in the gym after the best weekend ever @ IOW festival 🌈 drank so much cider and ate a diet of Doritos and biscuits but it was so worth it for one of the best weekends ever 🌟 
Had the best workout after work today and decided to plan my workout before I went ☀️ swipe for a super sweaty booty workout 💓
