揚げ物やお菓子、ファーストフードなどの、明らかにダイエットに相応しくない高カロリーなものを、少量だけ食べて、 "全然食べてない" つもりになっている。

例えば、一週間のうちの3~4日はしっかりとカロリーを計算して食事を抑えるように気を付けているけれど、残りの2~3日で食べすぎてしまい、結局、一週間のトータル摂取カロリーが維持期のソレになっている。

逆に食べなさすぎが原因でカタボリック状態(筋肉が削れてしまうことである)になってしまい、その結果代謝が下がり、脂肪を燃やすためのエネルギーがなくなってしまっている。これ、とても危険な状態なので、例えばもし、1000kcal以下の食事が癖になっている子は、まずは頑張って1000kcalは摂るようにしましょう。もちろんタンパク質多めで。

カロリーを気にしすぎて、肝心のPFCのバランスがめちゃくちゃになっている。 同じカロリーでも、食べるものが違うとボディメイクの効果も違ってきます。脂質や糖質が多めの1500kcalと、タンパク質多めの1500kcalなら、後者のほうが、ボディメイクとしてきちんと結果が出ます。

  • In the past, I’ve always ‘been to the gym’ and because I’m exercising, always been under the impression my diet doesn’t matter. However, this time I’ve realised how important it is to eat the right foods to improve your performance when you’re training. In the past I’d have had garlic bread, mash, a chicken burger, and probably some chips all in one sitting when out for a meal at @nandosuk but today I had the Mediterranean salad with chicken and as an added treat for not being naughty or carb heavy, halloumi cheese. While this isn’t necessarily THE best macros in the world, it’s a good alternative to my regular order and puts me in good stead to do some cardio this afternoon before my shoulders and back workout. 💪🏽

I’m not missing Junk foods like I used to, I don’t crave much, if any at all because I’ve learnt it’s quite alright to have something if I really want it. I’ve learnt diet isn’t always about starving yourself or depriving yourself, it’s about moderating the things you love to improve.

다행히도 복장만큼이나 컨디션 좋아서 데드리프트 첫 35kg 성공!
오른쪽 고관절은 계속해서 풀어주고 있는데 아직도 뻣뻣하다 ㅠㅠ

Someone pleaseeee take me back to Texas!! Wish I was there eating craWfish instead of on a computer at work. Lol btw it is def crawfish, no arguments 😛⁣

For the FIRST time during my trip to Texas, I was able to enjoy crawfish without an allergic reaction!!! I’m allergic to most shellfish. My eczema breaks out, tongue and lips swell and are super itchy. I’m super grateful I didn’t have a reaction and have possibly grown out of one allergy?!⁣

Do any of you all have allergies?!?! ALSO, it is currently the Lenten Season and I participate in eating no meat on Friday’s. Look out for my #meatlessfridays posts!
