“How can I lose stomach fat and love handles?” This question appears in my DMs several times a day so I’m going to share my answer with everybody! :
First of all, I’m in the process of doing this myself, you can see the shadow from my lower tummy pudge in that first pic and peek the uneven texture from cellulite on the back of my legs in the second. I’m not the end result of fat loss, I’m the process just like everyone else! The first step is understanding that it’s not going to happen overnight or even in 30 days. Accept that and be patient AND KIND to yourself through the process
2ndly, you can’t spot treat fat loss. All the ab workouts in the world won’t make your stomach flat. You have to eat right and train consistently. Most importantly, you need to count your calories and make sure you are eating a little less than you are burning each day. Obviously I recommend a clean diet, but at the end of the day a calorie is a calorie so as long as you are hitting that deficit each day you can eat some processed foods and be alright!
CARDIO HELPS!!! Yes you can get there without extra cardio. But you will get there faster with it! Add in some cardio 3-4x a week ON TOP of your normal workout routine. HIIT counts as cardio! If you hate running, do HIIT!
DRINK WATER! Take your body weight and half it. That’s the minimum amount of water (in ounces) that you need to drink each day! This will minimize bloating and water retention so you can keep better track of your progress! :
Lastly, fix your gut health. Ways to do this: take a good probiotic, take an enzyme, drink lots of water, eat fiber rich foods, and eat clean/whole foods.
It really is simple!!! There is not a quick fix, magic pill, or diet program that will make it happen for you. Start making little changes today and you will get there!! We can do this together! Feel free to dm me your progress/struggles/thoughts I love talking health and wellness with you guys💋💋

Вам понадобятся 👇
✔️ куриная грудка-300 гр;
✔️ лук-маленькая головка 1 шт;
✔️ болгарский перец среднего размера-1 шт;
✔️ яйца- 3-4 шт;
✔️ молоко-100 мл;
✔️ зелень у меня петрушка и укроп;
✔️ оливковое масло -1 столовая ложка;
✔️ кукурузная мука-1 столовая ложка;
✔️ разрыхлитель-3-4 гр;
✔️ соль-перец по вкусу.
Переходим к приготовлению⏩ режем мелко лук, куриную грудку и болгарский перец. Обжариваем в сковородке сначала лук до золотистого цвета, добавляем грудку и в конце болгарский перец. Нарезаем зелень. В миске взбиваем яйца с молоком, солью и перцем, добавляем разрыхлитель и муку снова взбиваем.
В формочки выкладываем нашу остывшую куро-грудку сверху рубленную зелень и заливаем тестом. Выпекаем при 180 градусах минут 15-20.
Вкусно и полезно, а главное без вреда нашей фигуре.

I have been struggling a lot with loving where I’m at. I haven’t been loving my body or the progress I’m making. I’ve felt like for all the working out and eating healthy I’ve been doing, I should like how I look more by now!
Can any of y’all relate? No matter how much effort you put in, you still feel unhappy with where you’re at. You still feel insecure about certain things on your body.
Sure, I could find all the things I do like and focus on those. I could hear other people tell me I’m beautiful. But that’s not going to fix the problem. No matter how much the good qualities are emphasized, our minds are still drawn to the bad qualities.
I know that the ONLY way healing will come is through remembering who I am in Christ’s eyes. I am fearfully and wonderfully made. There may be things about myself that I don’t think are pretty, but I was formed in my mother’s womb just the way I was meant to be. God has a specific purpose for me, even in the way He made my physical appearance.
So, I’ll keep showing up. I’ll keep caring for my body, because it’s God’s Temple. I will continue honoring that Temple, no matter what results I do or do not see. And I will rest in His unfailing love.
The tricep pushdown 👇
This is my favourite 💯 isolation exercise for the triceps and the main reason why is because there are so many variations of the exercise that you can choose from dependent on the type of attachment that you use on the machine.
For example, a v-bar focuses more on the lateral and medial head of your tricep, whilst attachments that allow you to use a wider grip focus more on the long head at the back of your tricep.
Most guys have over developed lateral and medial heads as they typically focus on just using the standard v-bar attachment because it allows them to lift heavier 💪.
Next time you are in the gym, try using one of the attachments that allows for a much wider grip. You will notice that you won't be able to push as heavier load as you previously could and it will activate the long head of your tricep better 💯.
Also, the long head is the most important part of your arm musculature for building bigger arms 💪 so this is another reason to focus on this part of your tricep in particular.

Ei ei, Ostern ist da!! Bei uns wieder mal alles anders als geplant, nun hat das zweite Kind Fieber - bzw hatte, weil heut früh wars weg, mittags wieder da und jetzt wieder weg 🤷♀️ Bin gespannt was daraus noch wird und ob wir den Rest der Osterfeiertage 🐇🐣 wie geplant verbringen werden... Ich tu mir ja immer schwer mit Planänderungen, hab dann Plan B im petto nur wenn der auch nicht klappt bin ich richtig hilflos. Kontrollfreak par excellence. Wer ist noch so?

Being a PT for me meant nothing if I was just helping people one or two hours a week sweat before their summer holiday then go back to their stressed out lives. I needed a big break to remember my why and realised if I am training people, they need to come out of it with more than a six pack, I want them to practice being 10% happier, healthier, more compassionate each day to actually get it. What would you really want from your PT? ⬇️
Well.....I’ve been a little MIA lately because of finals, but I’ve still managed to get my workouts in each day and stick to my nutritional goals! I normally workout 5-6x a week but I’ve only really been going 4-5x since finals because I like to get to the library early to study, so sometimes I skip a morning workout if I’m too tired and then I get more studying time! I also CANNOT go to the gym at night...I hate the crowds and I’m always ready for bed by the time I get there 🤷🏼♀️.
Anyways, I hope everyone’s past few weeks of school (or just life in general) have been treating you well! Try and limit the amount of snacking you do if you are in the midst of finals...as hard as that may be 😜. Keep working towards your goals 🏃🏼♀️
