Und ja ich habe mich die Tage geoutet , da es einige noch nicht gesehen haben in der Story und ich gestern vermehrt gefragt wurde , warum ich Sport mache und wieviel ich abnehmen möchte .... .[Werbung]

Nein ich möchte zunehmen , einen tollen Boppes und richtig geile Oberschenkel bekommen, einfach an Muskelmasse zunehmen.  Ich gefalle mir so gar nicht - einfach zu dünn , ohne ein paar weibliche Zonen und einfach so antrainiert 😭
Klaaarrrr, die meisten denken jetzt - Ach, was ein Luxusproblem! Nein ist es nicht. Sobald man ja schlank ist , denken die Leute ja ich ernähre mich von der Liebe oder lutsche nur Eiswürfel 🤪 Und renne non stop ins Fitness. Nein so ist es nicht, aber auch ich bekomme ständig diese Vorurteile ab ! Ist einfach nicht schön und ich mag es einfach nicht mehr 😭 .

Heute Morgen kann ich meinen Oberkörper und mein Po förmlich in jeder Sekunde spüren , jede Bewegung ist eine kleine Herausforderung! 😂😂😂 Egal- ich denke an meinen Traumbody und hoffe , dass ich stark bleibe und mein Wille so stark ist - dass ich jede „0 Bock Phase“ überstehe! Ich arbeite für mein Ziel - ich bin stolz auf mich , jeder der mich belächelt - werde ich es schon zeigen 🤪🤪🤪

Или кто-то из знакомых получил травму из-за неправильно подхода к бегу и некачественного плана тренировок и промыл ‘небегуну’ мозги про то, какой это бред и вообще #нафигнадо ⁣⁣
Если ты хочешь начать бегать, но не знаешь с чего начать, что следующие несколько пунктов помогут как минимум морально настроиться:⁣⁣

🔅Выбери удобное для себя время, когда на улице не очень людно - многие люди боятся, как глупо они будут смотреться, когда бегут, и из-за этого решают просто забить на попытку побегать ⁣⁣

🔅Создай плейлист с любимой музыкой, под которую тянет двигаться и заряжаться энергией, или найди интересную аудиокнигу⁣⁣

🔅Если у тебя есть знакомые, которые тоже хотят начать бегать вместе, то обязательно используй эту возможность! Вместе веселее😋⁣⁣

🔅Начни с 10-15 минут ОЧЕНЬ легкого бега  вперемешку с ходьбой - никто не бегает марафоны из 3х часов с дивана⁣⁣

I have built a lot of confidence over the past few years. I have always been more introverted and keeping my opinion under the rock, not following the things what I actually really value myself. I’ve never been a leader and have taken the back seat and follow what people around me decide what is the best in the current situation. Never complained about it to be honest, neither have I felt it’s wrong.⁣

By now I have created my own personal values, things what matter me the most. I am not afraid to be different and say no! Whatever you do there are always people who do not align with you. So why would you try to fit in everywhere?⁣

I feel so much more in control and I actually feel like I am living my life! I feel like I am not just cruising through life and waiting for the sun to settle just to start another day without a real goal or drive!⁣

Late night workouts are becoming my thing now 🔥

For each exercise I did 3 sets of 10 reps from heaviest to lowest weight.  Example: circular lat pull downs I did 3 sets. 1 set = 10 reps of 100 lbs,  10 reps of 85 lbs, and 10 reps of 60lbs. Depending on the exercise, I adjusted the weight accordingly. Make sure to squeeze those muscles while you’re working them out.

I didn’t include the decline chest flies in this vid so make sure to include those in the workout.

  • Squats 🏋️‍♂️ these are currently my favourite compound leg exercise to do. - For a while I was concerned that my form was slacking and that I wasn’t making any substantial progress... Looking back a year ago to 2019 I was only able to squat 15-20kg for reps of 6-8, now I’ve progressed up to 85kg for 1Rep.✨ - 85KG -> 80 KG -> 70KG we have been making gains ✅ - My goal for this year is to hit a 100kg back squat and to start work on my front squats 🤭🤪 - Progress no matter how small is still progress ✨ - Does anyone have any tips about how to go heavier on squats without worrying about injury or dropping the weight?

  • Hey! It’s been a while. I’m aware I haven’t shared much recently, mostly just because there hasn’t been much to share. I’ve been moving my bod here and there, but not with any real purpose - life has been getting in the way, there are other things that have taken priority, including sitting on my sofa eating Mini Eggs. And I haven’t felt guilty or shitty about it for one single second. Yes, I feel great when I am smashing my workouts and have a really good routine, making healthy home cooked meals 6 nights a week. But I also know the importance of giving yourself a break once in a while. So, if you haven’t moved much recently, or feel some kind of way about posting on Instagram - don’t. Sometimes there’s less to share. It’s all valid.

Particularly when it’s half term as the luxury of working online @ellyhodgsonfitness and I can work more around the girls so it often means

Productive AF in the morning then some more work in the evening when they’re asleep again, and during the day it’s just serving our clients on the academy and total transformation programmes

Often with kids things don’t go to plan, but when they’re not there to mess the plan up you can miss them very quickly.

Being parents ourselves elly and I know that with clients, they can have the best of intentions, but sometimes, the kids have other ideas, it’s life 🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️
