Today I am going to touch upon a very sensitive topic which may raise some eyebrows! But trust me all I am going to say is truth and kehtein haina “SACH KADWA HOTA HAI” 🤷‍♀️

There has been a lot of debate and preaching about how important it is about accepting your body type irrespective of how thin you are or fat you are, your complexion or the way you look overall. I agree to all of these positive talks because after all our body compositions or forms are decided by genetics and we have no control over them. Sometimes even some medical issues may lead some of us to situations which are out of our control and i totally advocate the idea of loving your own self. I totally hate people teasing or insensitively ragging someone for their looks or body types. All these movements on social media about body positivity definitely have a message to promote to encourage self-esteem and self-acceptance BUT........
.
.
When this body positivity turns into health negativity I just can’t stand it and have to speak up about it. Food is a fuel for body to let it function properly and not an entertainment subject. If health is ignored over a long period of time and someone is not ready to accept their present circumstances wherein by eating waste they are ruining their long term health is in no way body positivity 😡 .
.
Discouraging people from starving themselves amount to a form of body shaming, or is it simply advocating better health? Should these same voices say the same thing about being overweight? Where does being "body positive" end and advocating for better health begin?
.
.
How is mindlessly eating junk, sweets and just sitting on that couch watching NETFLIX and doing nothing about it is being body positive?
.
.
If you love yourself, you will feed your body with the food which will give it strength to overcome all the hassles in old age. The food which will give you power to fight those diseases, body pains etc but not rather filling yourself with food which is the root cause of almost all medical issues!

Please Don’t be fooled by wrong notions of body positivity - it’s not about getting slim it’s about your health”

Well - we’ve found an awesome recipe that will smash your cravings out of the park; without you having to deviate from diet too much 😁🙌 .

The past few weeks I've been making these super easy variants of brownies (chocolate-, berry- and even mint flavoured). Let’s just call these Blender Brownies and Berry-squares (but you can use any flavour protein and essence....like I said, I've made chocolate, strawberry and mint squares). Ingredients:

1/2 a tin of butter beans, drained and rinsed (can use chickpeas as well)

1 medium banana

60 ml plain fat-free yogurt

60 ml milk

1 egg

15g nut butter (I love using @ohmega_nutbutters) *1 heaped serving whey protein (as per usual, I used @usnsa) *1 tbsp sugar free, low fat pudding (I use @simplydelishnatural)

2-3 tbsp erythritol (you can use any sweetener of your choice, like a few stevia drops)

1 tsp vanilla essence (if you're going to go for a mint vibe, then a few drops of mint essence) **OPTIONAL (depending on flavour): If you want a more chocolaty brownie, add a tsp cacao or sugar free hot chocolate, if you're going for berry vibes, stir in some berries... you can even stir in chopped nuts)

Method:

Literally just blend everything together....and then you bake it for about 25 minutes (until the center doesn't wobble anymore) at 180 degrees Celsius, let it cool and set before cutting into squares. ENJOY!!! Früher hatte man den ganzen Tag einfach nur einen entspannten Tag. Heute hat man zwei Tage Stress, muss seiner Mutter 20 Mal schreiben warum der Kuchen nichts wird oder ob man das Ei erst schlagen oder direkt alles zusammenmatschen muss🙈 Aber letztendlich lohnt es sich immer wieder für ein paar Stunden mit all seinen Liebsten an der Seite🥰 #itsmybirthday

✨thin rice cakes (i like the five grain thin stackers by @lundbergfarms)
✨nut butter (i like raw almond butter)
✨berries (strawberries and bluebs are my fav)
✨cinnamon, as always
✨honey/agave

WHAT YOU GOTTA DO:
get your rice cakes, spread 1 tbsp split between the two cakes. add your berries, sprinkle the cinnamon, drizzle the honey/agave and enjoy🥰💘😇

Losing over 300 lbs didn’t happen overnight. My journey was long, and had it’sup and downs. . 
To this day I still have my ups and downs. My journey never really ended, it’s just beginning. .
My advice to you ! NEVER GIVE UP ON YOUR SELF. You got this you just have to work a little harder then the other guy.
