Hi guys, It’s Gabi!🥰 I’ve just started a new job which I’m super excited about as it’s my first job, but I’ve also been under a bit of stress. It’s an office job meaning I won’t be able to move around as much as I’d like to! My working hours are long and after work I’m exhausted. I’m finding it hard to divide my time between the both and can’t seem to find any motivation for the gym🤯 if anybody works and has ANY advice, I would appreciate it soo much!!💕i miss the gym💪🏼
There isn't small exercises nor trainings!
Do what you can at your own rhythm and don't be scared to increase your weight, you won't bulk.
Those weights are only 3kgs but when I train at home I only have these and it's fine, as I mostly train at the gym but sometimes I can't go so I do with what I have and that's the most important. Even though you do not have weights you can use water bottles which are totally fine as well.

Easter time means lots of family time and lots of yummy food. Hot cross buns and Easter eggs are definitely my favourites - I've never been a fan of pickeled fish. As you can see, I've already started going in on the hot cross buns and hot chocolate. Is it just me, or do you guys also find that once you've started with the buns, it's soooooo hard to stop? 🙆🏽♀️🙆🏽♀️😣😣🤤🤤. As with everything else, I'm going to try my best to enjoy them in moderation though. YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT! One of the first things that I realised when I started my journey was the importance of food and how/when/what quantity should we have it in.🍉 I see a lot of people following different type of diets. These diets give results. But for some it is very difficult , some follow it to the point where results are visible and some just leave it after sometime. When choosing food, there's nothing better than eating a #balanceddiet .
Everything is meant to be eaten. You really can't stop yourself from eating certain things.🥗 Even if you want to follow a certain diet. Take two minutes and think that can you do it over it your life time? Such is the power of a balanced diet. You can do it over your lifetime. ✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️ Short-term results are not going to take you anywhere You would have to just start again and make yourself comfortable to something else all over again. ❎❎❎ Also, if you are following some specific diet, please stop it if you're feeling hungry all the time or are having continuous craving about something. It is a request❎❎❎ Protein, carbohydrates and fats. Everything is important for the body.🙂 I so want to talk about the use of supplements. But let's keep that for some other day.
As for me, I being a Vegan. I'm not following a Vegan diet. It is a way of life. It is a LIFESTYLE and the main reason behind it is #animalcruelty 🐖
