Weighed about 140 in first pic and 160 in the second. Going to be completely honest with you all. I love the gym and all but there is days like today that I don’t want nothing to do with the gym. Discipline is what keeps me going. People have told me about everything to get me to quit “You’re weak, and you go to the gym everyday” , “Meathead” , “You still look the same”, etc. I could go on with the list. F*ck the haters and get your sh*t together. I could have quit going to the gym a long time ago and come up with some excuses. My ambition keeps me going. I’m passionate about fitness and a day doesn’t go by that I don’t think about lifting. Best advice I could give to you is stay on your grind and get away from negativity. And never forget why you started🙌

  • Mi è successo proprio 2 giorni fa !!! Nel giro di 2 giorni ho rischiato di perdere 2 treni , la prima volta per 1 min , la seconda per 2 ... entrambe le volte ho dovuto correre come un pazzo carico di borse , che come al solito erano piene di cose che poi non avrei usato . Mentre correvo , sentivo male ovunque,  le gambe , le spalle , le braccia e infine anche il maledettissimo rene , ma la testa voleva prendere quel treno a tutti costi , sapevo che ce l’avrei fatta e che nonostante tutto fosse contro, io non avrei mollato . In PALESTRA è la stessa cosa , non esistono numeri di ripetizioni , ma solo quei 2 colpi in più che fanno la differenza facendo male e quelli non li fa il muscolo ma la TESTA . Se c’è un grande insegnamento che ti può dare l allenamento 🏋️‍♀️ è proprio quello di sfruttare al massimo le tue potenzialità migliorandole e superandole incrementandole ogni giorno ❤️ @fitactive_milano

  • 👉The truth is, we can’t decide where we lose our body fat. Everybody has their trouble spots, and for a lot of people, belly fat is a big one. So while you can’t spot reduce—doing sit ups, crunches, etc, are useless for getting rid of stomach fat, so you can stop doing those, right now—you CAN work to bring down your bodyfat overall.

👉Here’s what I recommend. Start by cleaning up your diet. Get rid of the sugar and processed food. Load up on fruits, veggies, lean protein, and lots of water. That’s step one. After that, focus on short, high intensity bouts of exercise. Use resistance training and metabolic conditioning. Also, do as much walking as you can. Brisk walking is one of the ultimate secret weapons for getting rid of stubborn fat, especially when done in conjunction with a higher intensity exercise regimen.

☝️Stress and sleep are the other major factors. Belly fat is often referred to as “stress fat” for a reason. Poor sleep and an overly nervous or excited lifestyle can attribute to fat accumulation in your lower stomach, love handles, etc. So be sure to have a good sleep hygiene protocol and ways of relaxing throughout the day. Even just the occasional cat nap would be a good idea. 🤧Meditation, too, can be quite beneficial. --

☝️Lastly, be patient. It’s always the trouble spots that take the longest to go away. They also tend to be the quickest to reappear. So commit to a process and be in for the long haul.
