Hazli and I got to know each other back in college and we were each other’s “worse” influence. 😆 Back then, we were just “kampung” kids who didn’t know what we were good at or passionate about. Just exploring, you know.... 🤞
We joined the drama club because we thought we’ll be good in front of the audience (well that did work out 😏) and somehow managed to drag each other into the gym. Eventually we got certified as personal trainers and the rest is history. 😂
He is one person who I can fully rely on and he makes the impossible POSSIBLE (just for me 😜). Well Haz, you did help to stitch up an entire sofa and pasted more than 10,000 pictures for an art exhibition during my first internship. 😝
We’ve always wanted to work on a project together but somehow never had the chance to as we went our separate ways after college.
But when this Eid video came about, I just knew that he’d be perfect for it. The video I shared recently? Well he choreographed, acted and handmade lots of ketupats as part of the deco. He made the entire production process so much fun! 🧡🧡😚😚

Back Home and ready to smash it!
Haven’t had access to weights for the last week and a half so had to change up the programme I was doing whilst on my travels. (Great thing about having access to over 800 different workouts)
Now I’m back home and hitting up the challenge with Stewart @thefitnesstribe__

Feeling a 'lil gloomy and under the weather lately. Haven't gone to the gym for a couple of weeks now. But I instantly felt good after my 3.44 km run in 30 minutes.
Exercise/Working out not only boosts our physical health - as one can see by watching a marathon or a boxing match - but it also improves Mental Health.
Health is so important to me, as I am getting older I have found the body reacts differently to all aspects of life.
So this morning because I am trying to get fit and healthy again, I was up at 4:50 am to do my 4.8 kilometre hill climb with my fit was buddy.
It was so dark!! Glad we had 🔦 🔦
But at least it was nice and cool.
We all make resolutions. We all have goals, hopes, and dreams we want to accomplish; but when it comes down to it, and you stare at all the steps and obstacles you have to overcome in order to HAVE your goal, do you REALLY want it?
If you actually knew what it took to get to where you want to be, do you have it in you? The sweat, tears, sacrifice...? But be honest with yourself about how badly you really want it.
It’s OK if not.
Maybe that goal isn’t for you.
Think about it.
Forget failure. Forget mistakes. Forget everything except what You are going to do now. And do it!
