  • Hellooooo my friends💗☺️🌸 Just a lil update for you guys! I’m currently editing my Fitness Journey Video for Youtube finally! I did film it a week ago and planned on getting it up for you guys this weekend, but a few unexpected things happened this week so I didn’t get a chance! Sometimes things don’t go as planned and that’s ok!!☺️⠀

I promise it will be up ASAP for you guys cuz I know it’s a highly requested vid! I can’t wait to share my full story with you all💋 ⠀

Also, I have been getting questions about why I went off creatine!! I also have been filming updates for u guys for my 3rd episode of my mini bulking series so don’t worry it will all be explained in that video💓🙌🏻 But, I thought I’d answer it real quick on here in short!!! I only planned on being on creatine for 6 weeks (loading phase for the first week and then regular for 5). But, I actually stayed on it for an extra 2 weeks as I wanted to make sure that it was fully saturated in my system before going off! I choose to use creatine in cycles rather then all the time because I find it maximizes results for me! So that’s why I went off, cuz I don’t need to be on it for more then a few months! I’m still bulking tho and doing my training program the same as when I was on creatine! ⠀

  • 🌟Lil 2 month progress update🌟 
First pic was taken October 4th when I was just beginning to start lifting, prior to that I had been doing excessive cardio and light weights in classes while consuming under 1200 calories a day 
Second pic was taken this morning (December 14) after a super awesome leg workout, currently I am lifting 5 days a week with one cardio session per week and eating close to 2000 calories a day with at least 100g of protein per day

  • I've been using this barbell pad from @perfectpeachathletics for a couple of months and I love it! I decided it was time to purchase a bb pad for myself after visiting multiple gyms that either had extremely thin bb pads or none at all. The perfect peach athletics pad is amazing for hip thrusters! Tá beem longe de onde eu quero chegar,mas imensamente feliz com o resultado que já tive, até porque não tem mto tempo que voltei a treinar(voltei no final de agosto pra ser mais exata) e sei que o resultado não vem de uma hora pra outra, e eu continuo tomando minha cervejinha no final de semana (às vezes durante tbm 🌚) pq não tenho intenção de largar totalmente as coisas que gosto, mas é claro que é preciso ter equilíbrio né. Mas é isso só queria compartilhar minha felicidade mesmo, vlw flw 🤘
