today’s session went so hard! i LOVED it! i felt mentally prepared and enjoyed my whole session! i left feeling empowered and STRONG. there’s no better feeling 😎😤

Primul lucru pe care il fac atunci cand am timp liber este sa merg la sala. De ce? Va impartasesc 5 motive care ma determina sa ma antrenez:
1. In perioadele aglomerate din cauza liceului, sportul ma binedispune si e cel mai bun mod de recreere. Creierul are nevoie de o pauza, iar imunitatea imi creste, mai ales iarna.
2. Fac ceva pentru sanatatea mea, in loc sa fiu tentata sa stau in pat pe telefon.
3. Imi place sa ma simt bine in corpul meu, iar rezultatele ma motiveaza.
4. Tot legat de scoala, sportul imi imbunatateste abilitatile de concentrare si auto-disciplina.
5. Incerc sa-mi depasesc mereu limitele!

The first photo was taken last September and the second photo was taken this March.
Between this time I’ve gained muscle. I’ve gained strength. I’ve gained the confidence to eat more.
And yes I’ve also probably gained weight and body fat. But I’ve not measured this in months because tbh, I don’t really care 👏🏼
I’m just working on being the healthiest, happiest and strongest version of myself. And for me that’s lifting weights, eating well and doing what I enjoy 💪🏼

First run of the season!!
It felt amazing to just get out there and run even though I was sooo slow and I didn’t go far. I wasn’t able to go to the gym yesterday or today so this will have to do!
My legs felt sore already during the run and I’m honestly not sure if I was sore due to my muscles or my #jigglebooty 😂😂😅

#transformationtuesday September 2018 vs April 2019. I may not be at my goal weight YET but I’m half way there. I’m more happy with the inches lost. Tried on some summer clothes and they are way too big. I’m just trying to be in a crop top and two piece outfit all Summer 😛

VULNERABLE. RAW. HONEST.
3 weeks (one program) are between these pictures.
And I know what most of you are probably thinking.
“There really isn’t a lot of change at all between these pictures.”
Because my progress pictures are getting less and less noticeable, I want to address that.
Once you hit a certain point with your health and fitness, your gains aren’t as noticeable after just 3 weeks.
This is the point of SUSTAINABILITY.
Through doing what I do, my body is at the point where I am SUSTAINING results. Isn’t that what we all hope to be able to do?
And guess what. Throughout the past 6 months, I have gotten engaged, bought a house, moved, and became a dog mom to a 5 month old puppy.
So to be able to have the tools I do that have been able to help me SUSTAIN my results through all the craziness of some HUGE life changes, just is a huge testament to these programs, meal plans, and accountability groups. They have been able to carry me through these life changes and show that the tools that I have are for ANYONE through ANY walk of life. So although this maybe isn’t the transformation picture you were expecting to see, I’m still incredibly proud of where I am at and can’t wait to see the continued progress and gains I will make.

Sometimes, the light is clearer in darkness. Like the colours of sunset through a window in a dark room. When darkness falls, embrace it. Look around and the slightest light could be beautiful.
Likewise in life, there will be darker times. But when we are down and at our lowest, these are times when we find out who really care. These are also the times when we find out how much strength we have inside. This strength is our light from within.
Loved climbing in Alabama Hills with Zay (@see.zay.play)!! 😍 We ran out there just in time for one climb up the classic Shark’s Fin Arete and got an amazing and dramatic view of Mount Whitney! I really really love this area and am so psyched to spend time there again soon!

Everyone has different priorities and a different view of what a perfect life would be. If you only focus on a person's appearance and are only capable of having small talk you'll miss these important details.
I am doing this publication to tell you that I am continuing my weight loss process. there are days when it is a huge mental work, days where I just want to take the path of ease. But I continue and I am proud of myself. I decided to leave the scales aside because I am someone who tends to weigh too much. have a good day ❤️ 🙏
