Hey hey soo I have a lil update for you all.....
Firstly am pleased with how my training progress is going right now! I’m getting my upper body strength back and building up my core muscles again after 7 weeks off! Combining yoga, functional and interval training is really working for me currently! .
Also I’m in the process of getting back to a new routine as I have taken on some new dance teaching classes, as well as @f45_training and clients! In addition to that currently getting back to dance auditions myself and setting up new projects like a YouTube channel...coming very soon so lotsss happening right now 😅🙌🏼 .
But anyhow sorry to bore you all with how it’s all with a life update but keeping it real on here 🙋🏽♀️ also guys as all already mentioned on my story feel free to DM me suggestions for some YouTube videos, of what you guys would like to see!! 🎥 .

Triathlon training Day 11! Happy Thursday. Was having a little case of the “don’t want to’s” today, I’m not gonna lie. Maybe it’s the rain, maybe I’m just finally wearing my butt out, but today I had to make the choice to suck it up and do the darn thing! 💪Do you ever have days like that? How do you keep on track when that happens?
Running 🏃♀️ tip of the day! Running outside is always best, BUT if you have a rainy day or a need to use the treadmill, set it at a little bit of an incline. This will help you to reduce your stride length (increase cadence) and encourage forefoot landing 👌

#tbt to the first time I deadlifted 275kgs/605lbs. Body weight was about 100kgs and now, a year and a half later, I think I can manage it at a 10kg lower body weight. Haven’t maxed deadlifts in a while but my work on reps have been getting stronger, so we will see the next time I do decide to pull heavy. @salemherzallah@darioghersi .
Pretty proud of myself! From a shattered ankle to 60kg leg press in 6 months. 💪
I was prepared for a lot of things when I broke my ankle, the pain, the time it would take to heal, the fact that I wouldn't just bounce back.
However no one prepares you for the complete loss of independace and mental struggle. Having been someone who loved going to the gym and my early morning trips to the beach, to being stuck in bed for two weeks straight, not being able to even get my own breakfast or do anything for myself was a massive adjustment.
I wasn't allowed to walk on my ankle for three and a half months, and if it hadn't of been for my parents checking in, my very good friends (you know who you are 😘) and boyfriend spending endless nice days stuck indoors just watching movies with me, I wouldn't have had the positivity to come back as well as I have.
I still have a long way to go to be back where I used to be and some days are a bigger mental struggle than others, but every weight plate I add to a exercise is a little silent victory!

Homemade beans🙌🏻 one of my fave things for brekkie if I don’t fancy eggs in the morning, there pretty easy to make just chop some onion and fry it in a little garlic and black pepper, add the canellini beans and then some chopped tomatoes and your done👌🏻 I have mine served on some buttery toast with spinach on the side or else add them to your fry up to spice things up a bit🤷♀️

OG PULL DAY STAPLES❕I did chemistry literally all day yesterday so this one had to be a quick sesh👏🏼 With school taking a lot of my time I’ve been trying hard in general to make my workouts more effective by doing lots of compound movements! Give this one a try if you are short on time but don’t want to compromise getting a good lift in💪🏻

✅ Absolutely brutal leg session that I had today. I have been taking it lightly on squats and deadlifts because of my upper and lower back, however, I thought I’d still give it a go and go slightly lighter than I usually would. Even though I went light my legs still really felt it. The drop set that you will see at the end of the videos was what @matt_asling_fitness suggested I did. It was absolutely brutal and killed my quads off for sure..⠀

Pain is your friend in the gym and you have to be willing to get out of your comfort zone! A lot of things in life are going to make you uncomfortable and we tend to avoid anything that makes us feel uncomfortable. You have to get comfortable getting uncomfortable! Not everything is going to be easy especially when it comes to developing your body. You have to push through the pain and on the other side is a reward! Stay strong everyone and keep working hard this week I promise it will pay off 💪
