  • Happy Saturday🤩🤩😍 .

Ok so I just wanted to let ya’ll know I’ve decided to cut a lot of social media out of my day-to-day life! I literally have deactivated my Twitter, VSCO, Snapchat & now all I have left is insta and facebook 😅 that being said I’ve unfollowed a lot of friends/acquaintances on my fitness insta account because my desire is to only see fitness related stuff when I’m scrolling my feed but that’s why I also created my personal account so I can still follow you guys!! I just don’t want you guys to think I’m unfollowing you for no reason, I just want this account to be all strictly fitness related & then my personal account will be to follow my friends/acquaintances😊 I hope everyone’s having a lovely day, thank you for understanding & supporting me on this journey💛💛 Happy Easter!🤪🐰

  • 🔥The best upper body exercises 🔥

The upper body consists of many muscles. The main ones include the chest, delts, traps, arms and lats and, thus, the best exercises must work 2 or more of each. The best exercises include: the bench press and weighted dips which both work your chest, shoulders, and triceps; your pull-ups and barbell rows which both work your lats, upper back, and biceps; your shrugs which (along with deadlifts) are amazing for your traps; and your overhead press which touches the upper pecs and triceps, but mainly your shoulders. Progressively make these exercises harder through adding reps, weight, and improving form to build muscle in addition to a caloric surplus and good sleep. I like working working in the 4 to 6 rep range and building my reps up to about 8 to 10 reps before adding weight again.

👉🏼DO YOU ENJOY HIIT?! LET ME KNOW IN THE COMMENTS BELOW👈🏼
-
Aside from numerous health benefits, there are key performance benefits that make cardio important. For example, the higher your cardiovascular fitness, the better your body is able to regenerate ATP (your body's energy currency) between sets of a workout. This means you will be able to go harder and keep the pace higher whilst lifting heavy. With that being said, there is always the argument between low intensity and high-intensity cardio and, to be honest, both are important in my opinion. While I perform low intensity fasted walks in the morning, I believe HIIT training (High-Intensity Interval Training) is much more optimal than 2 hours on a treadmill as hours on a treadmill doesn't really do much for anyone looking to get fit and lean. You get similar benefits in a fraction of the time implementing HIIT. Save your time with these HIIT session examples and adjust the exercises and work: rest ratio to your fitness level.

  • Never been the type of dude to brag about myself, my accomplishments, or complain about my failures. Like most people, I made many wrong turns. Honestly, I never thought I would amount to 💩 and most people thought the same.. I was Expelled from 3 schools for fighting, never graduated high school, and started running around in the streets.Instead of taking the time to learn from my mistakes and grow, living the life of a statistic seemed more attractive
. .
Back in 2008 I came across an up and coming rap artist from South Central. He was 2 years younger, born a day before me (Aug 16th), and also an East African (Eritrea). He came from the bottom and had all the prerequisites for success. We all love similar struggles. Its inspiring. Its a GPS🌐: a path out of your unique struggle. To me, it was validation. If he could rise from the Mudd anyone can
.
.
What's the point? We all struggle. Some more then others. Life is suffering, but not only suffering. Within every struggle is an opportunity, within every opportunity is a struggle (Dont quit🚫). Although I'm not the most confident in myself because of past issues, I know now I'm ready for the ultimate task of helping my people (all people) see that LIFE REALLY IS AN OPPORTUNITY!!!!! BE AN OPPOTUNIST F#$K THE STREET LIFE...BE A CEO > TMC: THE MARATHON CONTINUES NIPHUSS FOREVER!!!!!!!! .
