Вчерашний день был супер активным🔝 Одно из занятий вчера - растяжка у @ms.kkkate 🤸🏽‍♂️ Теперь буду ходить постоянно, хочу быть гибкой 🐱 Тем более растяжка очень красиво «оформляет» фигуру✔️ Главное, заниматься регулярно и быть терпеливым🤗 Ну и тем более решила открыть для себя ещё одно направление - стрип пластика, а там растяжка ух как нужна😈 #вытащитебатарейки

Celebrities, Fitness Coaches, make it seems like all you got to do is loss the weight. All you got to do is take a pill, drink a smoothie or wrap yourself in harsh chemicals. To become that “perfect you.” .
.
I’m here to tell you that’s all BULLSHIT. Yup. All of it. It’s not just about starving yourself or stuffing yourself with non fda approved medicines to feel beautiful, to feel like you belong to feel like your body is GORGEOUS. .
.
It’s WAY more than that and I’m here to show that it’s a process. A hard but worthy process. I believe it’s not all about the looks as social media now plays it. It’s more than that. .
.
I want to pass on to younger generations, girls and boys, i want to keep that humbleness and educate and not just about fitness. I want to change your minds about becoming your best versions. I’m here to stay! 
So let’s begin this revolution ❤️. -LGM

  • wishing i was back walking the coastline of cornwall but instead i’m trying fight through friday. hit an ultimate wall where i feel lifeless 😴 tried to smash a workout but my brain literally could not focus i ended up doing some assisted pull-ups & abs before leaving the gym in a sulk 😂 maybe there will be time over the weekend to get in a good workout but for now any tips for feeling re energised hit me up 🤙🏽 ALSO i’m super excited because my bike is officially on the way and all i wanna do is rideeeeeeeee 🚲

  • Recovery. 🌼 One of the most underrated aspects of exercising. You are human. Your body gets fatigued. You should take one day out of the week to stretch and release ALL of the tension you are holding, whether that be physical or mental! Taking care of your mind and body means letting it rest. 💤Listen to your body, and practice self care. ☮️
