How Do You Even Lose Weight❓.
It’s plain and simple, all these different type of diets you see floating around your feed all do one thing, it puts you into a caloric deficit. This is where you are consuming less energy (J/Kcal) than you are expending. -
Why Is My Weight Loss Inconsistent❓.
As shown in the graphic⬆️. Fat cells are stubborn, therefore once the body reaches into them to consume energy, due to less intake of energy, the cells will fill with water to try maintain its position in your body (basically the cool kid whos lost his power and trys anything to get it back). This is called Water Retention, and is oje of the main reasons why most people give up on their cut. However once the water is expended, fat loss is visable😄.

I know you’re struggling, I know you’re hungry, but it’s the beauty of this process that will make those abs feel and look better, knowing the you grinded your ass off to get it, so dont stop cause your almost done💪🏼.
