  • Őszinte leszek Veletek! Ahogy haladok előre a várandósságban, annál nehezebben veszem rá magam a nagysúlyos edzésre. Egyrészt, amikor alapból már kezd minden fájni...a másnapi izomláz abszolút nem hiányzik. Aztán néha már csak úgy ellenék magamba. Ilyenkor nem ledőlök,hanem választok valami olyan mozgást, amiről azt gondolom....feltölt. Néha ez csak egy kis séta a futópadon, miközben egy jó podcastot hallgatok, néha pedig 30 perc jóga. Mert bár a testem fáj és nehéz neki állni...de pont ettől lesz jobb neki. Egy kis mozgás mindenre gyógyír. Már nincsenek egetrengető céljaim...csupán próbálok legalább heti 5X30 percet mozogni és tartani a súlyom. Ami azt jelenti,hogy 70%-ban egészségesen étkezem...30%-ban pedig megengedek magamnak egy kis "bűnös élvezetet"...bár én inkább happy mealnek hívom ( nem...általában nem Mekit eszem). Én Laránál is nagyon odafigyeltem, hogy szoptatás alatt mit eszek, hogy nehogy hasfájós legyen...és bejött, így most is nagyon minimalista étkezést tervezek az első 3 hónapban ( utána is lassan vezetek be alapanyagokat). Már most elkezdtem probiotikumot szedni és még a szoptatás elején is fogok. Szóval most kicsit kiélvezem az ízeket, mert utána úgyis kicsit spártaibb lesz az étkezés. Oh...és a kép a valóság. Csapzott haj, nulla smink...kicsit elfáradt fej. Azért már jó lesz, amikor 30 perc kismama szöszmöt után nem érzem majd magam hullának. Oh...erő és levegő...hova lettetek? ( Természetesen pontosan tudom hova...ez a szakmám vagy mi a szösz?😂) A kihívásos csajoknak mondanám, hogy küldöm a csííít...de most önző módon spórolok.😛

today my coworker asked what my morning routine was, so I thought I’d share it here. ⠀
⠀
I use a timer to help me stay on task! ⠀
+ 5 mins: make a to-do list⠀
+ 5 mins: meditation/deep breathing⠀

+ 5 mins: gratitude/affirmations/pump-up music ⠀

I’ve been trying to get the hang of my new work schedule - with more early morning shifts, I’ve been coming home and doing my “morning” routine in the afternoon ✌🏼⠀

Thankfully the routine is short (1 hour) and I can move it anywhere in the day. If my work schedule continues to be AM shifts, I might just call this my “self-care” routine ⠀

  • Quinta-feira, dia de foco total! 💪🏼 Isso mesmo, você leu certo: na quinta-feira! Pra quê esperar segunda? Ser saudável é pra todos os dias. 
Da mesma forma que não precisa esperar o final de semana pra abrir aquela exceção. É uma EXCEÇÃO, não é? Se a regra for um estilo de vida saudável, não tem porque temer aquele docinho ou aquela pizza. Claro que não dá pra se enganar dizendo que é uma exceção se é TODO final de semana, se não aí vira regra... O mais importante é não colocar na cabeça que você está se punindo de alguma forma. 
Quero que você esqueça o termo “dieta”. Tira da sua vida essa palavra! Tudo tem que ser leve e natural. Pra isso não tem dia e não tem hora. Pra isso só tem prazer em se cuidar e bem estar.

  • Been focusing on my diet and actually trying to get my body moving instead of making excuses. Yes, it's work to be strict and discipline yourself, but the amount that I feel better than usual is totally worth it. There are still things I need to work on (like stress management) but baby steps in the right direction. Can't wait for what this year is going to be like.
