  • 4 INGREDIENT VEGAN PEANUT BUTTER PROTEIN BARS 🥜🌱
Protein-packed recipe created for @GYMSHARK ❤️ these super convenient bars are ready in a hot minute but ironically they require NO baking 😋🙌 Each bar has 12g of plant-based protein 🤤

INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Smooth Peanut Butter (220g)
1/4 Cup Liquid Sweetener (50g) -  maple syrup works best or honey if not vegan 
3 Scoops Vegan Protein Powder (90g)
1/2 Cup Vegan Dark Chocolate Chips

METHOD
1. In a large bowl whisk together the peanut butter and liquid sweetener of choice.

2. Mix in the protein powder and oat flour until it combines into a dough.

3. Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with baking paper or glad wrap.

Put batter into a pan and flatten evenly with hands so it fills the entire pan.

4. Place in freezer for 20 mins.

5. Meanwhile, melt the dark chocolate chips in the microwave on low heat. Remove mixture from the freezer and cut into 12 bars.

6. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the bars and add chopped peanuts if desired. Store in an airtight container.

TIP: These are best enjoyed straight from the fridge. If you prefer them for an on-the-go snack, roll them into balls to keep their shape better whilst you're on the move!

you may think I looked better before or now but I really do not care what you think, bc I am proud of myself, of my journey and my mindset.

MARCH 2018: I was Reverse dieting, training 4/7 and I was suffering from hypothalamic amenorrhea. I’m not saying that the causes were my nutrition and workout plan but the way they were affecting me and my mind negatively. I thought to be balanced but if you have no cycle girl there’s something wrong with you and your body is telling you it. I felt trapped into a body that wasn’t mine, but the reflection of what society and people pretended me to be, the image I felt I had to show on Instagram. I didn’t feel secure and I didn’t feel I was enough for others.
MARCH 2019: intuitive eating, training 3/7 and HAPPY HORMONES. With some lbs more I’m happier, more confident and healthier than ever. Learning to accept my flaws has been a game changer. I don’t feel slave to any follower no., numbers, calories, judgements and I can finally say that I feel free to live my life.

C’è chi dirà che stavo meglio prima, c’è chi dirà che sto meglio ora. Ci sarà sempre qualcuno che avrà da dire. Ma io mi sento orgogliosa di me, del mio percorso del mio obiettivo, della mia mente.

Marzo 2018 Reverse diet e conteggio macros, allenamento 4/7 e Amenorrea ipotalamica da stress. Attenzione!! Non voglio dire che siano state alimentazione e allenamento ma il modo in cui mi influenzavano negativamente. Credevo di avere un equilibrio, ma chi volevo prendere in giro?! Se non hai il ciclo c’è qualcosa che non va punto. Ero in trappola in un’immagine che non era mia ma era quella che mi sentivo in dovere di dare attraverso un social, e si anche se non sembra mi sentivo insicura e mai abbastanza.

Marzo 2019 Inuitive eating, Allenamento 3/7 e ciclo comparso da un mese. Cos’è successo? A parte i kg in più, la serenità che ho acquistato è imparagonabile. Aver imparato ad accettare i miei difetti mi ha aiutato a vedere la vita in modo diverso. Non mi sento più schiava di follower, numeri, calorie, mi sento libera di vivere la mia vita e soprattutto in salute ed equilibrio🌟

  • Тут семинар качковский справа от менч, сказки муромского леса 😌 а я-бы щас сладкого пожрал 😌 сижу о самбери думаю, есть или не есть, или есть, или не есть, думаю поем, и буду добрый но добрую сотню весить, не поем - буду весить 95, но злой и резкий.
Короче вопрос серьёзный на самом деле, терзает меня в доль и поперёк.

А еще завтра по плану тренировка ног в Омель Жим, потом расслабляющее курево на цесарке, и жаренное мясо в месте где выберет старина справа от меня.
