Honestly I don’t really know my plan after this as I’m going to grad school and working on campus so I don’t think I’ll be able to seriously start training for a while. But I learned so much for my own personal fitness journey through this certification and I’m excited to be able to (legally) share it with all of you 🥳

  • Mom necessity 💖 on a Saturday morning (or any morning for that matter). Love my @nursejamiela Eyeonix Eye Massager for mornings where my eyes are puffy. It has a gentle vibration that feels awesome and leaves skin around eye area looking refreshed 🐣!

Наболевшая и актуальная тема - похудение. Скоро шортостайл и вылазки к воде, где вообще надо оголить почти все отъевшиеся бока😬.

А как сделать так чтобы эта подготовка к лету и маниакальное заполнение тренажёрный залов, голододиеты перед купальным сезоном, закончились навсегда? Ну чтобы похудеть и забыть 😃, всегда оставаться в форме 🤸‍♀️💪!

Могу озвучить основные моменты, почему вес таки набирается и жирок прибавляете совсем не в тех местах, где хотелось бы😭.

Жир это по сути вода, которая оформлена в адипоциты(название жировой клетки). ПОЧЕМУ МЫ ТОЛСТЕЕМ?
⠀
1🥦 - если у организма не хватает воды(обезвоживание), он накапливает воду (как у верблюда горб, у нас целлюлит 😆).
2🥦 - если не хватает энергии - организм копит её про запас. Клетки жира это чистая энергия(ну и вода).
Тут дело в мёртвый еде. Если мы съедаем фастфуд например, организм расценивает его как мусор, который энергию не отдаёт, а только транзитом откладывается в жир(вместе с остальными токсинами, радикалами и и.д.). Желудок полный, а клетки голодные😢.Вот почему не работает интуитивное питание, если это сплошная г...еда.
3🥦 - все, у кого есть страхи - запасают энергию(жир). Тут уже психологический момент. Нужно прорабатывать тревоги и страхи, которые портят и тело и всю жизнь в целом((.

Просто #похудетьклету можно раз или два для челенджа, так сказать . Но чтобы жить в гармонии с собой, есть то, что нравится и наслаждаться в принципе всем происходящим🤗, нужно проанализировать причины и давить именно на них, а не просто работать с последствиями🤷🏼‍♀️. Их ведь никогда не убрать, если причина остаётся!

  • It’s been a while since I took a back shot! I am definitely carrying a lot more fat than I was a few months ago, especially in my lower back, which is usually where I put on fat first. Building a thicker back is definitely one of my primary goals this #bulkszn 😈😛💪🏼

Here is an unconventional leg + cardio + core circuit designed by my friend Steve @teamfitpak 💪🏼💪🏼. I absolutely loved the challenge as it was some insane cardiovascular and muscular endurance intensity. As you can hear in the videos, Steve had to help me with my form quite a bit as I was still getting used to the new movements. -
This was the most fun I have had in a while working out because it was very unique and challenging! Helped remind me why I love fitness. Follow my boy @teamfitpak 🙏🏼🙏🏼.

I actually did go to the gym today and hit a PR for squats and the leg press!! I actually did a lot of heavy lifting today. I’m so sorry I haven’t really been able to post any new content for you guys lately. I’m focusing on getting myself better and sleeping a lot😂

I worked out at @otf.mountainsedge this morning and now I’m having my Spirulina smoothie bowl with blueberries and enjoying the breeze from the open window.  This is what weekends should always be like!  I’m enjoying taking my time this morning.  I have to work today, so that kinda sucks, but I’m looking forward to my in-laws coming later today to stay with us.  So, for now I’m going to relax and enjoy this beautiful weather.
