I know I am over posting, it’s just the fact am still processing the fact I LOST SO MUCH weight, 125 pounds! I went through so much this past two years, but I made it! And I still wanna loose more! I went from size 26 to 14!! I can tell you: Believe in yourself, you can do whatever you want! I am happy, I am THIC! • ♥️ • Sim, mesma blusa de BANANINHAS, mesmo coração, mesma garota, mesmo corpo, mas diferentes TAMANHOS! Ahh, Eu sei  que Eu estou postando demais, mas ainda to processando o fato de que perdi TANTO PESO, 57kg! Wow! Passei por poucas e boas nesses dois últimos anos, mas eu venci! E ainda quero perder mais!!! Fui do tamanho 58 para o 46/44! E eu te digo: acredite em você, você pode fazer o que vc quiser! Eu estou FELIZ e GOSTOSINHA! Como minha mae diz: um filet mignon!!

  • First day in the gym versus a random day at the gym 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 .

  • Last night was a lonely one. The gym was completely empty and it'd been a really long day.

But those night's alone in the gym are the ones where I just put my head down and work, not because I have to, but because I get to.
.
I remember times when I'd have given anything to look and feel the way I do now.
.
Times when I was too sick to get out of bed.
.
And that's what drives me when the journey gets tough.
.
Knowing you are climbing up hill in some regard too.
.
And whatever you're battling with, physically or emotionally, keep that chin up and keep fighting.
.
Sustaining an upward trajectory is always more important than your current results. 🔥❤️
