  • When I say it's been a LONG time since I've done thread mill.... I cant even recall. Dealing with #thyroid issues and #equalibrium being off I started feeling like I couldn't run anymore. I did 10 min of intervals 1 min running, 1 min walking. #Ialmostdied had sweat dripping from places I didnt know I could sweat. Nonetheless I'm happy to be back on my cardio!

Вот так круто, когда все кто у тебя тренируется на одной волне с тобой :) ну или может просто у меня Волна разнообразная, что найти взаимопонимание удаётся со всеми 👀 А может, а может.... а ну их эти размышления!

Всем отличной субботы! У меня завтра первый полноценный выходной за 2019 год!!! ВЫХОДНОЙ, это когда я буду делать НИЧЕГО! И начну я это делать прямо сейчас 🤤 Всем бездельных выходных. Отдыхаем 🙌🏽

Oh boy was I excited this morning. This has taken 3 years to finally touch my foot. 💃🏼💃🏼💃🏼

The biggest differences are hips and shoulders for me. Warming them up for 45 minutes before even attempting this pose. The first time I touched my foot. I was so surprised I fell out of course. 🤣🤣🤣

But I went in a few more times and was able to find my foot each time. 😍😍😍
