I am so proud of my friend and partner @_amymara for working so hard this week to get back into her workouts after an injury and continuing to manage a full time career as an attorney, and as a health and wellness coach, all while raising her daughter.  Every day is a challenge when you’re balancing so many responsibilities but she is pushing forward in every area of her life and I am so thankful to have her in my circle! ⠀

  • Deficit push-ups are a great way to switch up your push up variations of normal push ups are getting to easy! They are also a good way to get a larger range of motion, or a greater stretch at the bottom

As you can see I don’t lock my arms out at the top, that’s because at the bottom I’m getting  the greater stretch for my pecs but then I’m keeping the tension on my chest by not locking out fully

  • Love training with my boy @jamiekoutoufides and the best PT @raudy__ .. glad i got footage of Jamie’s form during this exercise, now I know where he needs to improve. You should never train too heavy until proper form is executed.
