Are you using the word busy ...

... to hide yourself behind it ...

.. for everything that you aren't in control of?
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I know that to be true for many of my clients when they first start out - including myself.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We all tend to use the word busy as an excuse of not being judged from others.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This has to stop.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It doesn't matter what others think about us, what matters is who we are and see when we look in the mirror.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
As soon as we admit, first privately and then publicly, we declare an agreement with ourselves.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
An agreement to be stronger.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
To be real - that enables us to make a change.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Tonight when you come home, sit down, take a deep breath and look in the mirror.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Tell yourself today is the day I am going to change.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And take action
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Taking care of your body is an investment in your future, family, health, wealth, and everything in between.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Today's action leads to a future you that ..
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Is fit, energetic and peak performing every day ...

... a version that achieves twice as much in the same time thanks to your renewed energy levels. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You are a strategic long-term thinker as you know that business is a marathon, not a sprint.

  • ➡️You're never too strong or too good to go back to the drawing board and work on your form and technique. ➡️It's the hours and hours perfecting your form that get your strong. ➡️This was my 3rd single with 585, my goal today was getting as tight as possible and pulling the bar with as much speed/power as possible. I'm getting there but still some work to do. ➡️Let's get it 👊

  • ❗️Supersets❗️ In the gym it’s rare to see anything other than straight sets. Straight sets are single exercises completed without combination of another exercise.

There is nothing wrong with this method. However, supersets can add in some benefits.

📌  ما هو البروتين ؟ 
هو اهم عنصر غذائي لبناء العضلات لان البروتين يصبح جزء يدمج  بالانسجة العضلية الجديده بعد اتلافها اثناء التمرين عن طريق تقسيم البروتين الى كتل تسمى ( الاحماض الامينيه )  و تستفيد منها العضلات بالتغذية و التمرين 🍗💪 .

. -اي نعم البروتين ضروري جدا لبناء الانسجه العضليه و(تجنب الهدم العضلي و ضعفها ) خاصتا اذا كنتوا تمارسون رياضة المقاومة 👉 وايضا اهمية البروتين ماتقتصر فقط على البناء العضلي فهو له وظائف عديده للصحة بشكل عام مذكوره بالبوست .

. 📌 وطبعا : يختلف احتياج البروتين من شخص الى اخر على حسب الوزن والطول و مجموع السعرات الحرارية الماخوذه منهم و شدة التمرين او النشاط اليومي يعني باختصار كل شخص ياخذ احتياجه الخاص فيه على حسب العوامل المذكوره 💗 .

- البروتين ابداا ما يضر اياً كان نشاطك سواء قليل الشده او عالي الشده ومادام من ضمن احتياجكم اليومي حسب هدفكم مافيه مضره و اذا اذا كان زايد عن احتياجكم فالجسم يقوم بالتخلص منه على طول .

💌📌🎯لكن اكيد اذا كل مره بتاكلون اكثر من احتياجكم بزياده بيسبب اضرار و(كل شي ان زاد عن حده انقلب ضده ) لو شنو كانت فوايده ف احنا نحاول كثر ما نقدر نعتدل ومانبالغ ونييب العيد 💗
