Here’s another leg workout from this morning. I focused on glutes 🍑 has more exercises planned but I ran out of time 😒

I’m really getting the hang of filming, thanks to my sister for the help. Keep in mind, majority of these are my real workouts. So enjoy! And let me know how you like them ☺️ Exercises: 
Squats

💯If the workout is hard and you are in pain and your heart is pumping fast, you are doing it right! It’s supposed to be hard. But I know, sometimes it’s hard to come to the “beast mode” mindset. Ingredientes

2berinjelas médias, descascadas e cortadas em fatias finas

2tomates grandes, sem pele, cortados em rodelas finas

2tomates sem pele e sem sementes, picadinhos

1/2cebola média ralada

1colher (chá) de manjericão

1colher (café) de orégano

1colher (sopa) de óleo de girassol

100ricota amassadinha

4colheres (sopa) de parmesão ralado

Sal a gosto

Modo de preparo

1 Coloque 1/2 colher (sopa) de óleo em uma frigideira antiaderente. Frite as fatias de berinjela e vá colocando-as num refratário untado.

2 Coloque uma camada de berinjelas, uma de ricota, uma de tomate cortado em rodelas, seguindo outra de berinjela até terminar, de preferência com a camada de berinjelas.

3 Faça um molho refogando a cebola, o tomate as ervas e os temperos. Se necessário, acrescente um pouco de água.

4 Despeje o molho por cima da lasanha e polvilhe com queijo ralado. Leve ao forno por 15 minutos.

  • 65kg for 4 x 6 feeling ok this am.

Bench has suffered since I decided to go without programme or plan. Now I've tried to put together something myself I'm going to smash bench hard and keep it at 3 x per week as before.

This was after 2 second close grip pause bench yesterday with a PB of 72.5kg - despite me wanting a wee bit more and then 3 x 6 at 58.5kg.
