How is prep going so far?
Currently 16 weeks out, I’m not feeling any strong effects as of yet.
The main effect I’m feeling at the minute is feeling restless at night, my sleep in the past week just hasn’t been great at all. For me this is mainly because of the workload of university.
I’ve got just under a month left at uni, and it’s the busiest month in terms of exams and essays. This is also having an effect on stress also.
Time management is helping me out MASSIVELY. If I didn’t plan or organise my day, I could jeopardise both uni and being on prep. Managing your time is a key fundamental in everything.
If you’re struggling to balance what you have going on in your life, plan your day, get organised and stay consistent with it. It will honestly take weight of your shoulders because you’re taking action.
Here are a few benefits of strong calves.
✅Protection from Calf Pulls. Generally, on leg day, larger muscles such as the thighs and hips receive the most attention, but ignoring your lower leg muscles increases the risk of calf pulls. ...
✅Stabilization. Calf muscles stabilize your ankles and feet. ...
✅Overall Leg Power. ...
How bad do you truly want to win?
Win in the sense that you are actually in control of your life and you are putting everything you have into ALL areas of your life.
Get your ass off the couch.
Quit wasting the money you don’t have and the time you won’t get back at the bar every day or weekend.
No matter the job you’re in it has value.
You need to become the best at that job to develop the skills you need to be successful.
I received word of being on track for a director job and thinking what’s next?
I’m going to at least be a CISO was what I told them.
Money isn’t the root of evil or whatever other bullshit people who don’t have money label it as.
You need money to pay bills, build companies, provide for your family, get shit you want, etc...
If you’re unhappy with what you do in life work your ass off to pass up everyone around you.
If you don’t like your paycheck every week.
Work your ass off to pass everyone around you.
It comes down to what are you willing to push yourself to.
Shut off the fucking TV and stop going to the bar every night and start investing in yourself.
I’ve been there.
Out every night, laying on my ass everyday.
Develop the habits and it becomes a lifestyle.
Take it from someone who started at nothing.
And I’m just getting started.
Happy Hanuman Jayanti! 😇
Strength, perseverance, loyalty and humility are just some of the qualities he’s know for. The original wielder of the mace 💪🏻🐵 #fridayflashback to this picture, hoping to imbibe some of his qualities 🙏🏻

We all need small sparks, small accomplishments in our lives to fuel the big ones. Think of your small accomplishments as kindling. When you want a bonfire, you don’t start by lighting a big log. You collect some witch’s hair—a small pile of hay or some dry, dead grass. You light that, and then add small sticks and bigger sticks before you feed your tree stump into the blaze. Because it’s the small sparks, which start small fires, that eventually build enough heat to burn the whole fucking forest down. - David goggins, can't hurt me: master your mind and defy the odds (listening to this audio book at the moment and I highly recommend to everyone)👊🏼
