✨Sometimes when the sun shines down, spreading warmth across my face; I close my eyes and picture you, being in your strong embrace. It’s almost as if I can hear you, speaking gentle words to me; in that small little moment it’s just us - nowhere else to be. The Sunshine makes my soul smile; it warms my heart right through - I wonder if where you are right now, the sun’s shining on you too? Can you close your eyes and feel me, just as I feel you? What I wouldn’t give to be standing there next to you. As the sun keeps shining, I hope that you feel my heart is speaking right to yours, somewhere in the distance between us - there’s a space in time that’s ours ✨ .

hot and sweaty 4 miles 🤪 normally i like the mid length runs better with 7 to 8 but today i didn’t have as much time so i’ll be doing some strength training tonight! but today i changed up my form a little bit. i’m really a proponent for the mind-body connection and so i was just making sure to land on the ball of my feet and it helped sooo much. lately my runs have been really hard to get below a 9:30 pace because my form was just 💩 so today i made sure to work on it and was able to get below☺️ i just need to get a new watch though. the gps is really off because it is 3 years old so it says every day that i’ve gotten 130 floors so 🤷🏼♀️ but my training is going great. im at 36.5 miles for the week and feeling very healthy. *

GYM | TIME
I always 100% practice what I preach to all my clients / class attendees
I teach around 20 classes a week - PE teacher x 3 days a week & PT x 15 hours a week but I can always make time to train myself ⭐️ Today was Cardio & Core in the gym 🏋🏼♀️ Warm Up: Cross Trainer - Level 6 - 10 minutes
Stair Master - Level 12 - 10 minutes
Rower - 10 Intervals - 1min20second sprint (16 calorie target every round - achieved ✔️) 25 second recovery
Bicycle Crunches - 20 seconds (as many reps as possible) 10 second rest - 8 rounds
High Plank - 20 seconds - Low Plank - 10 seconds (no rest) 8 rounds
Working mum of three, bound to a desk when at work, and when at home feels there are always too many other things that need her attention so never gets the time to exercise.
When I contacted Sara about joining Love You to the Core class she grasped the opportunity to target her “baby belly” which she wanted to tone and flatten her abs.
