Monday Workout Challenge of the week, you asked for abs and this is probably my favourite routine .. 🎦 
Save & ❤️ it.. .
1️⃣Plank Pikes
4 sets x 15 reps 
2️⃣Single Leg Pushups (advanced) 
4 sets x 10-12 reps 
3️⃣Hips Drops
4 sets x 20 reps 
4️⃣Plank Saws
4 sets x 20 reps 
If you cant do the single leg pushups, try normal pushups or on your knees .. 45 seconds rest between sets 💛💚💛💚💛💚💛 🎧 Spotless - Martin Garrix

  • Sometimes I’m happy that detoxes exist because that’s one more thing I can poke fun at 🙃

Edit: I’m not saying don’t drink lemon water. I’m saying there’s no reason to detox the body since humans have livers and kidneys. If your livers and/or kidneys aren’t functioning normally, warm lemon water probably shouldn’t be your go-to treatment. ———————-

  • 🌺WHAT THE HECK is cutting & bulking🤔??. Here are some simple concepts you may need to know. 🗨Comment below with any questions!

🌺Maintenance: Eating how much you need to maintain your current body - calories eaten & calories burned are close in number.
.
.
🌺Bulking: Calorie surplus or eating slightly more than maintenance for a period of time - Often used to put on muscle mass and increase strength.
.
.
🌺Cutting: Calorie deficit or eating slightly less than maintenance for a period of time. Used to reduce body fat, strength often reduces as well.
.
.
🌺Bulking isnt usually neccessary for us average ladies (unless you're an athlete with a specific goal) but making sure we are feeding the muscles we want to grow is very important.
.
.
🌺Cutting is where majority of us fall when wanting to lose body fat. .
.
🌺Recently I went into a caloric deficit or mini "cut" for a solid 8 weeks to repair some damage I had done both physically and mentally after many illnesses and personal traumas. I am allllll about balance, so for me, that meant getting to the healthiest version of myself again. .
.
🌺So here I am 8 weeks later FEELING SOOOO GOOD and glad I decided to dedicate myself to my goals.
.
.
🌺But know this: Extremes are NOT healthy. Going hard on pizza for weeks and then suddenly deciding to "cut" is not going to last. Finding yourself having to cut over and over is just as unsustainable - ☹ your Thyroid will not be your friend after a while. .
.
🌺Everything needs to be slow and easy as well as infrequent to maintain balance while still achieving your goals.
