Humidifiers have saved us! Omg. My hubby and youngest son have been snoring up a STORM this winter. I’ve tried everything, ear plugs, sitting them up, sleeping on their side and nothing has helped. When we went to the Bahamas This past December I noticed two things… 1. My hair was super moisturized, soft and never dry, 2. Nobody was snoring. So I put my thinking cap on...it’s the humidity! Being by the ocean, the Bahamas is so humid. So, I went out and bought two big, fancy humidifiers for our room and Caden’s room and BOOM! No more snoring! Caden’s is from @Radhabeauty and we have a Swedish one from @boneco_healthyair I turn them on as soon as we get home for the evening so by the time we go to bed it’s nice and humid in our room. Also, we started keeping it cooler in the room. That helps too.
Snoring issue solved. Plus I wake up with soft hair and skin 😝
