  • Good morning lovers!! Despite the 9 hours of sleep I got, I still woke up feeling like a could sleep for a whole day. Nothing some coffee + spin + breakfast can’t fix🤩. 99.9% of the time my breakfast looks like this 👆🏼 I’ve found that I ~desperately~ need protein in the AM to keep my energy levels up, so I will add egg whites to my plate! .

On this fine Wednesday, just remember that ✨Ya gotta do what’s best for YOU, so don’t let society put you in a box✌🏼✨ #runningcarroteats .

  • Spicy stir-fried cabbage with tofu skin
A delicious vegan dish, and that all I want for dinner with a bowl of steamed brown rice.

#lazyjenrecipe 
1. Rehydrate a bunch of dried tofu skin and then cook in boiling water until softened. Drain and set aside.
2. Tear the cabbage into pieces. Rinse and drain then set aside.
3. Sauté some chopped garlic in vegetable oil. Add a few of (roughly chopped) dried red chilli to stir fry. 
4. Add 2 tablespoon of spicy soybean paste and 1 to 2 tablespoon of chilli oil with sediment to combine. 
5. Add tofu skin and cabbage to combine, stir fry until well coated in oil. Bring on the lid, allow to simmer for 1 minute. 
6. Add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce and a pinch of salt. Cook until the cabbage is tender. Serve with steamed rice.

  • You’re everything I avo wanted. 😍🥑 Ahh the avocado toast! Have you ever wanted to master a perfectly poached egg?? I found a tip from @pinchofyum that I had to share!!! So simple!!!
Check out this recipes to make it yourself. 
This Simple Poached Egg and Avocado Toast recipe is so simple and so delicious! Real, healthy food never tasted so good. YUM!

INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
2 slices whole grain bread
1/3 avocado (usually I cut it in half but don’t use all of it. okay fine maybe I do.)
2 tablespoons shaved Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper for topping
fresh herbs (parsley, thyme, or basil) for topping
quartered heirloom tomatoes for serving
INSTRUCTIONS

Bring a pot of water to boil (use enough water to cover the eggs when they lay in the bottom). Drop the metal rims (outer rim only) of two mason jar lids into the pot so they are laying flat on the bottom. When the water is boiling, turn off the heat and carefully crack the eggs directly into each rim. Cover the pot and poach for 5 minutes (4 for super soft, 4:30 for soft, 5 or more for semi-soft yolks).
While the eggs are cooking, toast the bread and smash the avocado on each piece of toast. When the eggs are done, use a spatula to lift the eggs out of the water. Gently pull the rim off of the eggs (I do this right on the spatula, over the water) and place the poached eggs on top of the toast. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and fresh herbs; serve with the fresh quartered heirloom tomatoes.

- Dairy free @kitehillfoods cream cheese
- Smoked salmon
- Dill
- Cucumber
- Radish
- Onion
- @daveskillerbread everything bagels 🥯 
Optional: sprinkle lemon or capers on top - enjoy 😊!

The smell of fear; the delicate balance tweak before it is given over entirely to the velvet night, a million doors barred shaking the evil visitants, the concept chilled them more than the creeping cold. Every day or night is Halloween for some of us, isn’t it my darling. .
