Throwback picture: Oxtail and jerk chicken from @roywoodstoronto. I thought the quality of the chicken itself was pretty good, but was missing that “jerk” essence. Tasted more like regular bbq chicken. The oxtail had decent flavour, but wasn’t very tender and missing spice. The staff was friendly. Overall decent place but not sure if I would go back. I haven’t had Jamaican food in so long... seriously craving right now. Anyone know of some good spots here in Vancouver?

1. взбить в емкости погружным блендером творог с йогуртом, крахмалом, подсластителем и желтками. Масса получается как густая сметана
2. отдельно взбить белки до пиков миксером. Аккуратно ввести их в массу и перемешать
3. выложить в форму и выпекать в разогретой до 180 градусов духовке 35 - 40 мин
⠀~классическая нежная творожная запеканка без муки. По желанию, можно добавить сухофрукты, ягоды, яблоко или банан.

The fluffiest omelette we ever did see!
A delicious breakfast for everyday 😋
Make your omelette: Separate your eggs, putting the yolks in a small bowl and the whites in the bowl of your mixer, along with the sparkling water. Whisk the egg whites to soft peaks, and then carefully fold in the egg yolks along with the chopped spinach, chives, dill, cheeses (reserving some to put under the grill) and some seasoning.
Turn your grill on to medium heat. Heat a small non-stick frying pan on a low to medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter. Carefully slide the egg mixture into the pan and give it a little shake to spread it to the edges. Allow this to cook for 1 minute then sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and cheddar across the surface and place the frying pan under the grill. Let it cook here for 1 – 2 minutes until the cheese has melted and going lightly golden. Take the pan out the oven and allow it to sit for 2 minutes.
Serve: Slide the omelette onto a plate and carefully fold one side over to reveal the golden underside. Sprinkle on some more grated parmesan and chopped chives and serve immediately.

So I got a fake tan last night with the lovely @ashleyanne_lashtan and when she sent me my before and after When I got home I was actually proud. I’m body confident majority of the time but at the end of the day getting a tan in front of a stranger is pretty how ya goin’. I don’t mind it, I love a good tan but seeing these photos I’m seeing hard work starting to pay off in a very raw way and I gotta say all these rediculous weights sessions, getting more sleep in and eating lots of good foods is doing wonders without me even really looking at it outside of the scales and to feel this way after a long day at work and after foods etc (we all know we look our best first thing in the morning) it was a really rewarding feeling. Also good god I’m pale 😳 Happy Friday Fam, just thought I’d share something super positive that happened after such a whirlwind week, let’s have a cracker day and a bangin’ Weekend 🙈🤓😉 #postoftheday

I unthawed some pre-made & frozen chicken bone broth to make this amazing kale & pinto soup. I added lemon juice, salt, pepper & garlic powder to the bone broth along with chopped onion, kale, basmati rice, & pinto beans. I always make soup in bulk and freeze the rest because it’s easy & fast to re-heat.
Packed lunch today and woah was this good ! Who needs bread !? 😂 well I can’t say I’ll never have it again but this 200 calorie lunch made me wonder.. the fork was just in case it all fell apart but it held up surprisingly well.
I fried off my allowance of lean pork in a dry pan, using my way of adding some water part way through to steam it a bit so it doesn’t dry out. I added in Chinese five spice, mild chilli powder, paprika, onion and garlic granules, ground pepper and a maybe a few too many chipotle chilli flakes to season it so it was a little bit hot for me. I left the pork to cool and made a wrap using iceberg lettuce and filled it with the pork, some radish, cucumber and spring onion to make it up to my daily 80g of veg and rolled it up tightly in foil to keep its shape ! So so so good !! Todays @one2onediet products; cappuccino shake, oriental soup, strawberry and apple bar.
