المكوّنات
دقيق - كوبان ونصف

ملح - رشة

بيكربونات الصوديوم - ربع ملعقة صغيرة (أو نصف ملعقة صغيرة بايكنج بودر )

زبدة مذوّبة - نصف كوب

خميرة - ملعقة كبيرة

سكر - ملعقة كبيرة ونصف

ماء دافئ - نصف كوب

لبن زبادي - ربع كوب

بيض - 1

فانيليا - رشة

سكر - ربع كوب

للحشو:

زبدة على حرارة الغرفة - ربع كوب

قرفة - نصف ملعقة كبيرة

سكر - ربع كوب

للتغليفة أي الأيسنج:

سكر بودرة - كوب

حليب - 3 ملاعق كبيرة

لدهن العجين:

بيض - 1

حليب - ملعقتان كبيرتان

سكر - ملعقة صغيرة

فانيليا - رشة

طريقة العمل
1- ذوّبي الخميرة والسكر فى الماء الدافئ واتركي المزيج حوالى 5 دقائق في مكان دافئ.

2- انخلي الدقيق مع الملح وبيكربونات الصوديوم أو البايكنج بودر.

3- ضعي البيضة مع الزبادي وربع كوب السكر والزبدة المذوبة والفانيليا واخلطيهم سوياً. 4- أضيفي إليهم الخميرة مع الماء مع الاستمرار بالخفق ثم أضيفي مزيج الدقيق تدريجياً. 5- عندما يغلظ القوام بدلي الخافق بخطاف العجن ثم استمري في إضافة الدقيق الى ان يتكون لديك عجين سهل تشكيله وغير قاسٍ (لين بعض الشيء). 6- أتركي العجين يخمر فى مكان دافئ.

7- افردي العجين على شكل مستطيل ثم ادهنيه بالزبدة اللينة ورشّي عليه القرفة والسكر ولفّيه على شكل اسطوانة. قطّعي العجين بواسطة الخيط (أسهل وأفضل). 8- اتركي العجين المقطع مرة أخرى يرتاح لنصف ساعة تقريباً. 9-  اخلطي البيضة مع الحليب والسكر والفانيليا وادهني بها قطع العجين.

10- اخبزيها فى فرن حار (200 الى 250  درجة مئوية) لحوالى 10 الى 15 دقيقة.
11- في هذا الوقت اخلطي مكونات التغليفة جيداً. 12- أخرجي السينابون رولز من الفرن وضعي عليها التغليفة اي الايسنج وهي لا تزال دافئة

I can literally never get sick of these 4 vegetables - they are all staples in my house! So much so, that they actually remain on my Grocery List at all times (I always know that they will be used and we will require more within a few days!)

The best part about vegetables is that they are perfect on an outdoor BBQ grill, but then just as perfect inside on a grill pan! 🤩

  • Sometimes there’s nothing better than hot and spicy sticky chicken 😋😋😋🤗🤗 However with a little bubba who is ready to test his tastebuds - I don’t go for the spicy so much! 
So how about this sweet paprika, honey, lemon and garlic chicken 🤗🤗🤗 - dried rosemary and thyme is a perfect way to help those flavours compliment each other 
Serve with flavoured rice / fries or just a good hearty salad -whatever you fancy 💕 💆🏽‍♀️I’m all for the recipes that work for the whole family - only so many hours in a day right 😬😬 #picoftheday #chicken #stickychicken #lovefood #toddlerfoodideas #familyfood #familydinner #loveeating #taste #babylove #eatwell #healthymeals
