🍬 Ингредиенты для бисквита:
• Кефир — 0,5 стакана
• Сливочное масло — 180 г
• Мука — 1,5 стакана
• Сахар — 1 стакан
• Какао — 1,5 ст л
• Яйца — 3 шт
• Сода — 1,5 ч л
⠀
🍬 Ингредиенты для крема:
• Вареная сгущенка — 360 г
• Сметана — 400 г
⠀
🍬 Для украшения:
• Грецкие орехи,
• Вафли,
• Тертый шоколад
⠀
1. Взбиваем яйца с сахаром, добавляем какао, растопленное сливочное масло, кефир, соду, муку. Тщательно перемешиваем.
2. Форму смазываем сливочным маслом, застилаем пергаментом, выливаем тесто.
3. Выпекаем в духовке: 25 минут при температуре 180°С и ещё 25 минут при 170°С.
4. Остывший корж разрезаем на три части.
5. Для крема необходимо тщательно смешать ингредиенты, можно немного взбить, но недолго, иначе крем станет жидким.
6. Коржи лучше пропитать сиропом, например, медом или сахаром смешанным с водой.
7. Промазываем коржи кремом. Охлаждаем в холодильнике 4 часа.
8. При помощи силиконовой лопатки или шпателя смазываем бока торта остатками крема и присыпаем все измельченными орехами, тертым шоколадом, вафлями или другими видами декора.

1. Put the flour and salt in a bowl and press a hollow in the middle. Add oil, lukewarm water, sugar and finally the yeast.
2. Allow the yeast to activate briefly, then knead a nice soft dough using the kitchen machine. 
3. Let the dough rest for an hour. Then preheat the oven to 200 degrees top / bottom heat and bake the pizza for about 15-20 minutes.

As a small batch, made-from-scratch bakery we can only make doughnuts up to a certain point.  We never use day old doughnuts and always make fresh batches every morning!  New flavor menu daily! 🐼❤️.
