Cheesecake with peanut ground
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
2 tablespoons of peanut crunchy
20g core. oatmeal
100g spelled flour
-> Mix all ingredients and place in a 15er shape. Press the dough well and pull up the edges.
100g cream cheese
1 tbsp lemon juice
some lemon ripen
few drops of cheesecake
1 tbsp Xucker
1/2 p. Custard powder
-> Mix all ingredients (except the blueberries) to a creamy cream and pour on the floor. Finally, add the blueberries to the cream.
-> Bake the cake at 180 degrees O / U for about 60 minutes.
Best place in the refrigerator overnight.
Should you bake the cake, I recommend you a Springform, because the cake is probably better solve or give an egg with in the ground!

As you can see from my stories I visited @DaNicolaRestaurant in #Hewlett this week! It’s my FAVORITE Italian Restaurant on the island. 🐟 Bún cá ngõ Hồng Phúc rất ngon. Nước ngọt thơm, chua dịu. Cá giòn, chắc thịt. Thêm 2 miếng chả cá luôn. Mà bát bún của mình luôn ít bún nhiều cái nhiều nước :))
Fish soup for breakfast. The brule is sweet, light sauer, of course a delight. The fish is fried, crunchy on the outside but sweet and moist inside. Yummy!

decided to change up the game and make a healthier version!
here are the details (for one serving):
⭐️1 cup coconut milk (I used full fat but I actually recommend light lol)
⭐️1 TB raw cacao powder
⭐️1 TB maple syrup
⭐️pinch of Himalayan salt
mix all the ingredients and heat over low-medium, then serve w/ whipped cream and your choice of toppings. I went with more cacao powder and cacao nibs!
(p.s. one cup of this has probably more than 75% of your daily intake of fat so just keep that in mind 😂)
Tangy Fish Curry
1.Clean & dry the Surmai / Seer Fish pieces Aprox 500 Gms. Soak 1 small Lemon sized ball of tamarind in one glass warm water & squeeze well to take out the pulp. Drain & keep the pulp aside. Marinate fish pieces with Turmeric powder, salt & 2 tbsp tamarind pulp.
2.Heat coconut oil in Kadai & add 2 sprigs of curry leaves & 3 green chilies. Add 1 cup sliced onion, chopped 1 inch Ginger & 7 cloves of Garlic & fry for few minutes. Then add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste & fry for few minutes, stirring constantly.
3.Keep on low flame & add 1 tbsp Coriander Powder, 2 tbsp kashmiri Chili Powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder. Add 2 chopped tomatoes & sauté for few minutes till they are mashed. Put one pinch of Asafoetida powder.
4.Pour the tamarind pulp & bring to a boil. Slowly pour the skimmed coconut milk 1 cup, adjust the salt & turn up the heat. Once it boils, add the fish pieces & combine well. Cover & cook for 8 to10 minutes stirring in between. Add the thick Coconut milk half cup & swirl the pot to combine.
5.Heat little coconut oil in another small pan, crackle 1/2 tsp mustards, 1 sprig of curry leaves & 2 to 3 dried red chili. Garnish the fish curry with this.
6.Serve with steaming rice,or any indian Bread etc. Relish the aroma & taste.
