Тут так красиво, романтично и уютно, что от умиления хочется настрочить рекомендацию в хвалебную книгу. Tawny bar - гастробар португальской кухни с чудесным внутренним двориком для самых душевных посиделок! Уверена, что летом на веранде аншлаг, поэтому места бронировать лучше заранее, как и во всех лучших местах города. Любителям морепродуктов обязательно для посещения 🐟🤗

Has it been two years already? 😍 I remember Mami being a little food truck I first tried at the Thompson’s Point ice rink out of curiosity three years ago. Now they’re having ramen nights, poke nights...With lines out the door! Congrats on killing it for two years straight!

  • 落住大雨,都一樣要食野,呢個係一個天性,亦都特顯出我有幾鍾意食。為咗證明其實我真係已經不停去食野,所以我決定post下我食野嘅相,所以唔好再話我因為唔食野搞到塊面咁瘦🤷🏽‍♂️👽我真係有係咁食架!

係可以用黑金自己畫野上去嘅黑金流沙 (彩繪生包)😍又有得玩又有得食真係好正,估唔估得出畫咗啲咩呢😏估中無獎😂畫完店員再拎去蒸,係熱辣辣自製嘅流沙包,超級流...我指係流心嘅流😂😂😂搞到咬咗一啖就要係咁吸吸吸埋係咁流出黎嘅流沙LoL (PS我揸筷子嘅技術係咪好勁😎我唔會同你講我下一秒掉左個包🙊) 另一款食得又睇得嘅芝士脆蝦炸雲吞🧀外皮薄又脆,芝士仲要係拉絲果隻,係唔係望到啲相都即刻好想食呢😏芝士鮮蝦真係好好味呀媽咪~

最估唔到係食一餐飯竟然又有冰❄️又有火🔥,冰鎮咕嚕嘅咕嚕肉外冰內熱,仲要好脆口,水果亦都係經低溫儲存再拎出黎,夏熱炎炎食呢個就岩哂😋仲有上到台就被點火嘅火焰菠蘿,夠哂壯觀🥰一點火果下一定係全部人圍住佢黎拍片😂😂😂呢餐絕對係為打卡而食嘅一餐XD

❗️好多時候一間餐廳提供食物比食客嘅同時,都希望有一啲主題可以伴隨着餐廳嘅環境同食物提供比客人。
❗️Odelice,法文Delice解作delight或者delicious,快樂之餘亦都可以品嚐美味嘅食物。以我認為一間好嘅餐廳,有好食好睇嘅食物係必定之餘,餐廳營造嘅舒適氣氛,甚至乎係侍應嘅服務態度都係不可或缺嘅評定標準。
❗️4月1日除咗係愚人節之外,亦都係每個人都需要們祝肚仔慾望嘅一個普通日子😋咁啱係油麻地去完Site visit,於是就索性行到去尖沙咀The One尋覓一下好西🤓結果就搵到間叫Odelice!嘅法國餐廳。
❗️餐廳佈置高貴得嚟更重要係有一個舒服嘅感覺,天花板嘅橙色吊燈同埋每一張枱上邊嘅蠟燭,再加埋六點幾嘅黃昏夜景,自然地配搭出一種優雅浪漫嘅氣氛💕
❗️一餐高質嘅晚飯,有高級嘅餐廳,良好嘅環境,舒適嘅座位,再加上有好朋友嘅陪伴,又點會少得美味精緻嘅食物呢?
1️⃣煙三文魚小米沙律Smoked salmon couscous salad($108)
呢份沙律由挪威煙三文魚,中東小米同車厘茄製成,配上柑橘風味醋汁。煙三文魚份量唔少,數埋都有十幾塊,輕微煙燻過嘅三文魚增添左成碟沙律嘅惹味,小米配上沙律菜嘅多重口,不禁令我回想起好似人生入面咁都經歷過高山低谷(好似有少少誇張添😂)
2️⃣法國空運黑青口French black mussels($175)
由香菇、蕃茜同白酒汁醃煮嘅法國黑青口,配上特製嘅醬汁,食落有少少似牛油青口,幾開胃,都凸顯出法國海水嘅野生味道🌊,另外仲配上香煎薯條,脆脆地咸咸地,雖然熱氣但我好鍾意😆
3️⃣嫩煎鴨胸野菌燴飯Roasted duck breast & wild mushroom risotto($148)
係成晚最鍾意嘅一款食物,煎鴨胸食到有少少海鹽,薄薄地煎香咗鴨胸嘅皮一咬就有好多肉汁淺出黎,色香味俱全,鴨胸唔會好”un”,一咬就咬得開,亦唔會痴牙,煎得岩岩好🤤野菌飯都好香,每一粒飯都滲透全野菌汁嘅鮮味,正👍🏾
4️⃣提拉米蘇Tiramisu($88)
呢到嘅Tiramisu有好香濃嘅咖啡味,可可粉同芝士嘅味道混合咗得黎又好鮮明,雖然上碟時切割出黎嘅Tiramisu形狀麻麻地,但係勝在好食,$88係細舊左D,但食咗嘅人就會知佢嘅價錢值係邊到☺️
5️⃣伯爵紅茶焦糖燉蛋Earl Grey Creme Brûlée($78)
第一次食Earl Grey嘅焦糖燉蛋好特別,雖然賣相平平無其,但係成個燉蛋都好香滑,而且唔會感覺好甜或好膩,相信大廚好精心咁控制過糖份😎
6️⃣牛油果、蘋果、青瓜汁Avocado, apple, cucumber($46)
蘋果同青瓜味較為突出,牛油果相對係加添咗飲料嘅顏色配襯,鮮甜得黎飲得出唔係加咗糖嘅一杯果汁,而係用新鮮蔬果調製,值得一試,除咗呢杯鮮果汁仲有好多唔同嘅果汁選擇呢😉
7️⃣放鬆茶(薄荷、香茅、薑)Perfect Digestif(fresh mint, lemongrass, ginger) ($42)
淡淡茶香配上薄荷、薑、香茅呢三樣醒神又刺激味蕾嘅香料,的確悠然帶比人放鬆嘅感覺,尤其成日係壓力大嘅學校、社會徘徊,的確需要去飲下呢類嘅茶relax一下☺️
❗️餐牌有好多唔同嘅選擇,今次揀嘅食物飲品都大大滿足咗我嘅食慾😆下次有機會再試下呢間餐廳嘅其他食物,亦都令我萌生咗去法國嘅衝動🇫🇷😂

  • @vieirajjoao decided to bless US on his earthday and cook some amazing, 5 star food. Saffron rice with garbanzo beans, asparagus, tomatoes and peppers with pan seared salmon. I’m feeling amazing after eating this. I wish you could have all joined us!

  • Tonight we have a special treat!! Dinner is being served by my babe, Chef João. He sent me pictures of this AMAZING dish that he cooked and I couldn’t wait to share it with you all. It is, pan seared salmon with Cubbanelle peppers, Mexican Jalapenos, capers, kalamata olives, Moscato wine sauce, red and white pearl onions and chili peppers. Served on a bed of all fresh roasted fingerling potatoes. I’m a little devastated that I wasn’t there to eat this 😆. How about you? 😋❤️💛💚
