These jars filled with vegetables for two weeks will be full of beneficial bacteria called probiotics + vitamins.

  • ‼️MY HIATUS‼️~ hey bbs. It’s been literally forever since I’ve posted and I’m SORRY. My number one priority for this project has always been to keep it fun and enjoyable! That being said, the past few months have been SO BUSY between work and traveling. My weekends - when I record and edit - have been mostly just recuperating from the work week and taking care of things I’ve neglected during the week. I didn’t ever want to feel like this project was burdensome, so I shifted my priorities and let it take a back seat to more important obligations. Thank you to everyone who has reached out asking about new videos! I promise, they’re on the way!!! Ya boi just needed some time to get his life back under control. 
TLDR: I’m sorry. I miss you. Coming back soon! 😘

Happy Sunday ☀️ RECIPE:
Juice (1/2) bunch kale, (10) stalks celery, (1-2) oranges (I peel them, otherwise the skin and pith can make the drink a bit bitter), (1) lemon, (1-2) inches ginger root. Then add (2) oz aloe vera juice and 1 tsp barley grass juice powder. Shake to combine and sip virtuously 🌱

A few notes on gut health:

CELERY JUICE
It is said to help improve HCl quantity and quality (or stomach acid), which helps you adequately breakdown and absorb food. It can help people with acid reflux and GERD with their symptoms.

ALOE VERA
Full of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, it’s been used for thousands of years as a digestive herb in Chinese medicine, and for good reason! It helps soothe the upper digestive track as well as promote motility in the lower parts. It’s worth a try (4 oz a day, mixed in with a smoothie or juice, or plain) for those experiencing chronic digestive upset like IBS.

BARLEY JUICE EXTRACT POWDER
This helps detoxify heavy metals while also promoting healthy digestion and overall gut health. It’s full of vitamins and minerals, and nourishes the gut microbiome, ultimately reducing inflammation.
