Crust:
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup pecans
8 medjool dates 
1/4 tsp salt
2-3 tbsp water
Pulse the nuts in your blender until they’re crumbly, not too fine. Add in the dates and salt and pulse until the dates are fully chopped. Add in water slowly and blend until a dough forms. Flatten in a parchment lined 8 x 8 baking dish. Set aside. 
Caramel: 
5 medjool dates
1/3 cup canned coconut milk (save the rest for the filling) 
1 tbsp almond butter 
1 tsp vanilla extract
Blend until smooth. Remove from blender and make filling. 
Filling: 
1 cup raw cashews 
Remainder of the coconut milk, creamy part only (about 1/2 cup) 
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract 
1/4 cup water 
Blend until smooth. Pour over crust. Swirl in the caramel by pouring in a spoonful throughout the mix and swirling with a toothpick. Top with crushed pecans and freeze for at least 6 hours. Keep stored in freezer.

ع بلانشة او طبق مفرود هانفرد الأوراك ونكون مبططنها ومخلينها رقيقه زى البوفتيك. هانتبلها بالتوابل إللى قولتها فوق ☝️من الوشين..وبعد كدا نحط معلقه مسطرده ف الوش الداخلى للفراخ ونوزعه كويس ونحط عليه شريحه جبنه 🧀 وشريحه روز بيف 🥓 ونلفها رول (منطقه الجلد هى الخارجيه ) ونقفلها بخيط او خله ..ونلفها ف كيس او استرتش وندخلها الفريزر نص ساعه تجمد..👍👍
ف طاسه هانحط معلقتين سمن ع معلقتين زيت ولما يسخن نطلع الفراخ من الفريزر ونفك الاسترتش من عليها  ونغلفها  بالمسطرده ونحطها ف الطاسه على طول واول ما تاخد صدمه جامده نوطى النار عشان  تستوى من جوه ونقلب لحد ما كلها تبقى لون واحد ..ونطلها تبرد خالص..ممكن تتقدم كدا رول سليم او تقطع قطع(تقطع بعد ما تبرد تماما ) ...والف صحه وهنا .

  • Ingredients:
Split Chickpea - 2 cup (Soak 4 hours)
Green chili - 5
Onion - 4
Ginger - 1.5 inch
Curry leaves
Split chickpea - 2 TBsp
Split black gram - 2 TBsp
Grated oconut - 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves
Lime juice - 1/2 lime
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to Taste
Oil

Method:
1. Soak the split chickpea for minimum 4 hours in water
2. Strain the water from split chickpea, grind the split chickpea, salt to taste into a coarse paste
TIP: Paste should be thick
3. Prepare idli out of this split chickpea paste by steaming for 20 minutes
4. Crumble the idli into a bowl and keep aside
5. Heat a kadai, add 3 TBsp of oil
6. Add mustard seeds
7. Once the mustard splutter, add green chili and fry for 30 seconds
8. Add the split chickpea - 2 TBsp, Split Black gram - 2 TBsp
9. Add chopped onion, curry leaves and fry until onion turns golden brown
10. Add grated ginger and mix well
11. Add turmeric powder, grated coconut, coriander leaves and mix well
12. Add the crumbled idli and mix well
13. Turn off the flame, add lime juice
14. Split chickpea upma is ready to serve and enjoy!!
