如果有去過東京嘅朋友,應該對美登利絕對唔陌生!係日本出名又平又高質,但係排隊閒閒地都要等1丶2粒鐘,上年係東京好失望食唔到😭好彩餐廳上年終於開店嚟到香港,雖然我喺遲左好耐先去食,但係總算係叫做食到呢間期待已久嘅壽司店,一嘗心願!
叫左呢款特上手握壽司盛盒($235),有10款壽司,如果計埋6件鐵火卷其實有成15件壽司,正常人食哂呢盤應該都好飽,所以幾抵食‼️蝦夠新鮮爽口,吞拿魚雖然唔係中拖羅丶大拖羅level,但係入口都好肥,充滿魚油香味。平均質素同味道都算對得住個價錢,絕對唔係名氣勁大但味道Hea貨嘅餐廳,抵讚👍👍
當然,餐廳嘅概念始終喺抵食又大件,魚生質素比起其他連鎖式嘅日本餐廳係高質好多👅👅但係當然唔可以同成千蚊一位嘅鮨店比較質素啦!以呢個價錢食呢個質素,平均人頭都係$250-300左右就可以食得好飽又滿足。加上店舖夠多位,所以等候時間唔算好耐,而且服務員幾有禮貌,整體黎講我都食得幾滿意👏👏

Acqua_ 175g ⁣
Burro_ 70g ⁣
Uova_ (circa 2) 105g ⁣
Tuorli_ (circa 1) 15g ⁣
Zucchero_ 20g ⁣
Sale fino_ 1 pizzico ⁣
Scorza d'arancia_ 1⁣
PER FARCIRE:⁣
Panna fresca liquida_ 250g ⁣
Zucchero a velo_ 70g ⁣
Baccello di vaniglia_ ½ ⁣
Ciliegie sotto spirito_ 4⁣

Per la pasta choux: in un tegame porta a bollore mescolando l'acqua, il burro a pezzetti, lo zucchero, la scorza d'arancia e un pizzico di sale. Poi versa la farina e il cacao setacciati e mescolati, poco alla volta, e continua a mescolare. Il composto dovrà staccarsi dalle pareti del tegame.⁣
Versa il composto nella ciotola di una planetaria con foglia e aziona a velocità media. Quando sarà tiepido, aggiungi un uovo e fai assorbire mescolando. Continua così con le altre uova. Trasferisci in sac-à-poche con bocchetta a stella.⁣

Su leccarda con carta forno, disegna delle ciambelline di impasto a doppio giro (un cerchio sopra l'altro), ben distanziate. Cuoci in forno statico a 200°per 30 minuti, poi altri 15 minuti in modalità ventilata. Lascia nel forno spento per 15 minuti e poi sforna.⁣

Per la farcia: in una ciotola versa la panna e i semi di vaniglia. Monta bene con le fruste elettriche aggiungendo lo zucchero poco alla volta. ⁣

Taglia a metà una zeppola e farcisci con la panna. Decora con un ciuffo di panna, una ciliegina e spolverizza con zucchero a velo!⁣

  • Chlebek gryczany bardzo często jest obecny w moim jadłospisie. Szybko się go robi, jest smaczny i mam pewność, co jest w składzie. Modyfikuje przepis przez dodawanie różnych przypraw, ziaren oraz warzyw. Tym razem kaszę wykorzystałam w wersji na słodko. 🍎🍏🍌 Zapiekana kasza gryczana z jabłkiem 🍎
✔️ 200g kaszy gryczanej niepalonej
✔️ 300g jabłek
✔️ banan dojrzały ✔️ 100g wiórków kokosowych
✔️1/3 szklanki orzechów włoskich, płatków migdałów ✔️ łyżka ksylitolu/miodu
✔️ 2 łyżeczki cynamonu
✔️ szczypta soli

Kasze zalewam woda i zostawiam na noc. Następnego dnia odlewam nadmiar wody i blenduje (nie musi być na gładko, mogą być kawałki kaszy). Dodaje starte jabłka, wiórki kokosowe, pokrojonego w kostkę banana, orzechy, cynamon, ksylitol, sól. Wszystkie składniki mieszam. Masę przelewam do szklanej formy wyłożonej papierem. Wstawiam do rozgrzanego piekarnika, na 45 min/170 st.
Można podać z dżemem śliwkowym i tahiną. 🤗

Hungary is not a country known for its cutting-edge cuisine, but rather its traditional meaty stews, creamy soups, plum dumplings and fried dough.

Costes marked a change in national dining habits, triggering a nationwide movement toward lighter and more imaginative takes on traditional dishes.

Leading the charge is Eszter Palagyi, Costes' head chef, who was awarded Chef of the Year by Hungary's Dining Guide in 2016. Definitely a place worth the visit during your stay in Budapest!

咁岩呢排做緊期間限定嘅$30任加拉麵配料,只要幫襯一碗拉麵就可以1小時入面任加拉麵配料,見到咁著數我二話不說就決定入去掃食返一餐。
真係好好好好好好正,無論係溫泉蛋、豬軟骨、豚肩叉燒,定係各種嘅配料例如紫菜、海藻、木耳等麵可以隨便叫!好抵好好食呀!
由於有飲食嘅關係,所以我就叫左一個最平嘅味噌湯拉麵,淨係本身拉麵都已經有半隻溫泉蛋同埋一大塊肉,再叫左兩轉任食配料,真係點食都抵到爛!
由於溫泉蛋實在太好味,入邊係半流心,所以我總共食咗三隻半😂豬軟骨唔會太多肥膏,筋同埋肉嘅比例一半一半,啱啱好🤤粟米亦都好甜👍🏾最重要嘅係你食唔夠仲可以加埋拉麵添,估唔到原來佢$100就可以食到咁多嘅份量,鍾意食拉麵嘅你一定一定要去試吓啦,趁住呢一個優惠仲未完快啲去啦!
