雞腿排撒上些辛香料烤到外酥內嫩,搭配鬆軟的起司軟法我們覺得很不錯,不過我更喜歡麵包烤酥一點的口感~Q軟紮實的紅白湯圓撒上花生糖粉讓人很難不喜歡,紅白湯圓終於找到它們的新市場,終於不再只是辦桌上出現🙆而超新鮮的生菜沙拉及多種水果淋上和風胡麻醬汁清爽開胃,加上可口的滑蛋及酸酸甜甜的草莓優格就是一道豐盛營養的早午餐~

柔軟的吐司夾了一片厚實又多汁的雞腿排和滑溜溜的起司滑蛋,裡頭濃郁的花生醬及韓式辣醬在口感上能感受到醬料的濃稠度,配上飲品比較不會乾口,兩種醬料的組合讓口味更有層次。
🍹熱帶香蜜葡柚啵啵氣泡 $150
🍹巨峰葡萄啵啵氣泡 $150
兩種飲品都加了新鮮的檸檬片,口味上清爽不甜膩,均勻攪拌以後甜度都不會太高,葡萄柚口感微酸,巨峰葡萄有著濃郁的葡萄香比較清甜,是男生也可以接受的水果氣泡飲料。

The chicken drumstick is crispy outside and tender inside with French bread is delicious. Also the tangyuan with peanut powder is quite good. Their chicken drumstick sandwich is quite impressive; the whole huge chicken drumstick with peanuts sauce and spicy Tai sauce is amazing. -

Sıcak suyla ısladığımız 1.5 su bardağı köftelik bulgur ve 1 su bardağı irmigin içine ( 15 dakika sonra) tuz,karabiber,bir yk salça,pul biber,1 yumurta,1çay bardağı unu koyup güzelce yoğurup büyüklü küçüklü yuvarlayıp unladığımız tepsiye koyuyoruz,daha sonra bi tencerede kaynattığımız suyun içine attığımız toplarımızı 10 dk pişirdikten sonra içine salçalı sosunu yapıp döküyoruz,ve haşladığımız notu içine atıp 5 dk daha pişiriz altını kapatıyoruz,hepsi buu 🤷‍♀️ harika bir lezzet afiyet olsun🌻 (dilerseniz sos yerine eksili terbiyede yapabilirsiniz )

  • Orange thyme cake /كيك البرتقال بالزعتر 
I love  citrus cakes, especially the orange flavoured ones. Orange cake remindes me so much of my mother.  I even call it  my mother's cake because it was her every time solution for unexpected guests. It brings warmth and comfort during our family and friend gatherings. This time however, it features a new addition, making it so much more than simply orange cake. I would have never thought to put fresh thyme in a cake, but it just worked so perfectly with the orange. I also made some minor adjustments to the original recipe, exchanging the vegetable oil for olive oil, and the sugar for honey. I was really surprised by the amazing flavour this cake brought to my  tastebuds! All the aromas I desire and I adore are intermingled to produce magic in a single bite. It truly makes you just want to close your eyes, and indulge while imagining Palestine, the smell of its land and its spring, a bite of this was Palestine in a cake!

.  كيكة البرتقال من الكيكات اللي باعشقها لأنها بتذكرني بأمي الله يرحمها... هالكيكه كانت الحل لضيوف الفجأه وللمة العيله. طبعا كانت تعملها بدون مقادير  تغرف بالصحن بس تطلع كيكه شهيه ريحتها تعبي البيت ... ولهيك انا باسميها كيكة أمي. اليوم ومع الاضافه الجديده لكيكة البرتقال واللي كانت بالصدفه ويمكن بالنسبه الي كانت فكرة "هبله " وهي اضافة اوراق الزعتر مع بعض التعديلات مثل استبدال الزيت النباتي بزيت الزيتون والسكر بالعسل ... كانت النتيجه مفاجئه الي ... رائعه بكل معنى الكلمة... اندماج النكهات بطريقه خياليه بتخلي الواحد وهو ياكل يغمض عيونه ويتخيل فلسطين.... ويشم ريحة ارضها وربيعها وجبالها ... الوصفه قادمه ان شاء الله ☺

  • Labaneh (or Labneh) is a thick and creamy spread made from fresh yogurt which has been strained in order to remove the whey using cotton cloth. Labaneh balls in particular are made from a thicker form of labaneh that are rolled into small balls and kept in olive oil filled jar. Thicker form of labaneh necessarily means more straining time, more produced whey, and more food longevity.
The jar of labaneh balls is an important element of Levantine cuisine and no Palestinian kitchen is complete without it. It is a sort of preserved food usually made from goats'or sheeps' milk  and it can be used and consumed for many months.

Good labneh balls melt in your mouth and have a creamy, thick, slightly sharp flavour, I like to roll them  in chili and za’atar just before serving because it adds complexity to the flavour.
Method

Start with some homemade or store-bought pasteurized goat or sheep milk  labneh (Add salt to the fresh yogurt and stir. Then put the salted yogurt in any clean cotton cloth you have. Press them by closing the cotton cloth tightly. Hang the cotton bag over an empty bowl or the sink. Leave it to drain for about 20 hours. ) Season with salt to help demoisturizing labneh.

Pinchoff a little piece of labneh about the size of a walnut and shape it into a ball. 
Set on a paper-towel lined sheet pan and lay a paper towel on top to absorb moisture.
Slide into the refrigerator for a day or two.
Transfer the balls to a lidded glass jar and top off with olive oil.
Refrigerate until needed, up to several months.

افضل وقت لشراء اللبنه بهدف التخزين هو نهاية شهر نيسان ... لبنة التخزين الأفضل انها تكون لبنة غنم او نعاج  وطبعا لازم تكون نسبة الماء فيها قليله جدا  وفي البيت بتمر بمراحل قبل وضعها في الزيت ... ...طبعا في بلاد الغربه بنحضرها من الألف الى الياء ... من الحليب الى الكرات .  طريقة التحضير بالتفصيل حتكون في بوست لاحق. .... .
