  • The last couple of spring days have been insanely warm in Sweden and today we smashed the record so far this year with 23 degrees celcius (74 farenheit).🔥. That is typically the heat we get during our summer months, so we are not complaining about weather at the moment! 😎☀️!

😎 VACATION DAY 4 😎.

Today I started with some salted almonds and a mojito after my fast. Bad Idea 🙈 tasted good but I was groggy the whole day 🙄. So I’ll stick to water tomorrow 🤣. Perhaps a mojito just before bedtime 😜😴.

Surprise surprise my first real meal was chicken kebab with veggies.  Chicken kebab rules 👊🏻. Every day for me no problem 😆.

My snack plate was some smoked cheese and grilled chicken wings at the main restaurant.
.
Tonight we had a reservation at a Türkisch à la carte restaurant with authentisch dishes.
I stayed lowcarb but a took one little piece of baklava and it tasted delicious so no regrets.  Now I hope my body doesn’t protest tomorrow 😜. But think one little piece won’t hurt.
