A few things to remember when you don't wanna workout:
1. You will feel SO much better after
2. You can do hard things
3. You will never regret a workout
4. Every workout counts and brings you one step closer to your goals
So go put on that workout gear that makes you feel like a badass, conquer that little voice in your head telling you why you shouldn't or can't workout, and CRUSH IT👊🏻 Your future self will thank you😘

How many shades whiter❓
Will my teeth be sensitive❓ 🔎Everyone’s teeth respond differently and most of our clients don’t experience sensitivity. Also, everyone has their own natural stopping point. On Average 3-5 shades in first session.
My body is bruised from head to toe, every muscle is aching, and my icy hot stick has become my saviour. But besides all of that, I have made so much progress in the last 3 weeks. Not only to my figure, but to my mental health. I have achieved things that I never thought I would be able to do. And I am so damn proud of myself👊🏼 anyone can say whatever the hell they want about me, act like they know a single thing about me, and judge me based off of what they “hear” but I’m done giving a FUCK about your opinions. I’m happy, I’m healthy, and I have a beautiful boy who I love more than anything. My life is pretty damn great if you ask me🥰❤️💪🏼 and my smile proves it. #foreversmiling#ilovemylife
20 months ago I was near what I would have considered my rock bottom. I was craving more and was unsure how to find it. I was uncomfortable in my skin. I hated who and what I saw in the mirror. My mental state was affecting my relationships. I had little patience and no energy. I had a gym membership I was kinda, sorta using and I had a pretty unhealthy relationship with food.
I wanted change so bad, but obviously not bad enough because I was letting my excuses get in my way. “Oh, this is just the way my body is built” or “I’m too tired” or “I don’t have the money” or “I don’t have the time to commit to something new” or “I can do this on my own.”
The truth is I had to STOP with the excuses if I was ever going to get that change I so badly wanted and needed. And I knew I was the only person who could make the decision to do something about it! Same goes for YOU sister. If you are confused as to why you aren’t where you want to be you have to stop telling yourself these lies to justify staying inside your comfort zone! Your.Excuses.Are.Your.Why.
So here is the deal y’all, 20 months from now you can either be in the same place you are today or not. Only YOU get to decide that, but I am here to tell you, you don’t have to go it alone! I tried and tried again to do it alone and that was just not working. I didn’t stick to it until I found myself a freakin’ amazing tribe of women who have similar goals and who are working on themselves too, not just physically but also mentally. We challenge ourselves and each other daily to strive to do great things in our health and wellness. We cheer each other on, hype each other up, and are always supportive.
If you are ready to stomp out those excuses, step outside of your comfort zone, and DECIDE that you are worth it and capable to go for it then I am here to let you know WE ARE HERE FOR YOU! Together, we can do this and take the steps to create the change you want in your life. Send me a private message and we can chat💜 #glowupchallenge#youarecapable#youareenough
