Now THIS is a chocolate “covered” strawberry you could eat for breakfast. 🍓🍫 Pretzels, cinnamon raisin toast, and fruit are some of my favorite ways to eat this orange chocolate cashew butter. So creamy and made without any added sugar, it can be subbed in for however you like to use peanut/almond butter. So I've decided to embark on a little bit of a journey. Artisan cheeses have facinated me for some time now, and with only a surface level knowledge of the different cheeses, I've always been sort of gun-shy of purchasing any, as I don't want to waste the expense by eating it improperly. I finally decided, screw it, I'm just gonna buy the ones that look interesting and then go from there. So, this is the beginning of my adventure, buying one fancy cheese at time and trying them. I hope this will not only fuel my interest, but also help me recine my palette to be a better taster.
This is Humboldt Fog, by Cypress Grove in California. This is a multiple award winning softened goat cheese with an edible line of vegetable ash that runs through the middle. It's mild, a touch acidic as you would expect from a goat cheese, but the more ripened outer layer near the rind is strong and delicious with the organic wheat crackers I'm trying this with. I definitely would recommend this if you have the opportunity.

When I was younger we had family dinners every night. It was my favorite time of the day because I was participating in one of my favorite activities, eating. 😂💁🏾♀️ Also, the time with my family was pretty dope too. ❤️ We use to have 🌮 night (the emoji kind). It wasn’t anything fancy but I loved them! I use to toast my shells in the oven, which would bring out the natural oils from the corn and make the tacos crispy and warm. 🔥 My brother and sister used to make fun of me and then they tried and would ask me toast theirs too. 🧐 Those tacos used to hit different when they were warm and crispy. 😍👏🏾😋🙌🏾 What was one of your favorite childhood meals?
