"Last autumn I planted out 16 broccoli seedlings & this was part of the beautiful harvest. I’ve planted out around 40 broccoli plants this season & they are going great so far, fingers crossed for a bumper crop like last years 💚⁣"

  • I love hosting dinner parties and cooking for my friends and family. On Sundays, this is a tradition in Italy. I had the pleasure of visiting this winery during my trip. They served us a delicious Sunday lunch 😋 Everything was homemade and tasted so yummy! This was the best food I had during my trip. I can’t wait to recreate this back home for my friends and family. ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ———————————————

  • This evening Brittney and I foraged some wild blueberries in the bush on our property. We only ended up with a few small handfuls but it was an excellent pairing with fresh thyme and basil from the garden for a blueberry herb crumble.

  • Last nights dinner was a chickpea salad with fresh green onion and cilantro picked straight from the garden. I love this time of year when I can just walk out back and grab a couple of the ingredients for my meal. 🌱😍 Pretty soon I should be able to make a full meal that is all hand picked from the garden. 🙏❤️🥬 #gardengirl #veganmama

  • Good evening my fellow food lovers! I asked you all last night if you wanted the recipe to this healthy fish bake and it was a landslide! So here you guys go! I hope you enjoy! ❤️👩🏼‍🍳🐟 Ingredients:
2 filets of any fish you like (i used halibut)
2 shallots sliced thinly
1/2 pound of green beans 
2 tomatoes
1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms
5 cloves of garlic
2 lemons
1/4 cup of white wine
Olive oil 
Dill
Onion powder
Fresh cracked pepper
Salt

Steps:
1. Prepare all of your veggies! Cut the ends off of your green beans, slice the tomatoes and then cut each slice in quarters, slice the shallots, and smash the garlic (by smash i mean just hit it with the flat side of your knife) 
2. Once all your veggies are ready to go, you are now going to season your fish! Drizzle olive oil on both sides and add onion powder, dill, salt and cracked pepper to each side. Put the fish filets in the middle of a baking sheet. 
3. Add all the veggies to a large bowl and drizzle olive oil and onion powder, salt and pepper over them to taste. Mix thoroughly.
4. Add veggies around the fish filets. 
5. Once everything is on the baking sheet (make sure the baking sheet has lips so the liquid won’t fall off) then you are going to add white wine to the ingredients! This helps the veggies get tender! Also squeeze one lemon on the ingredients as well.
6. Slice the other lemon and put on top of the fish.
7. Cook in a 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork!
8. Serve with your choice of grain! I used white rice! Quinoa would also be great! You can even drizzle some of the sauce on top of the rice or quinoa!

  • These luscious sunflower butter and chocolate squares really are the icing on the cake for @urbanremedy because you can't go wrong with any of their treats, sweet or savory. Though their empire is built on juices in every color of the rainbow, the food is really what keeps me coming back for more. I remember back in the day, so long ago when I first had a package delivered all the way out in CT, I was immediately hooked. I've been waving the Urban Remedy flag ever since, especially since their holiday nog has been my top pick for two years running. Now I'm celebrating the grand opening of their 18th store location right in the heart of downtown SF! Congrats, Neka and team! Don't let anyone stop your creative juices from flowing!

  • Really craving a BLT lately so I marinated some tofu in liquid aminos and seared it with paprika, added some liquid smoke, and viola BACON. Used some @sirkensingtons vegan mayo, tomato, romaine and avocado and threw it between some seeduction bread 🥰🥬
