Who caught my story takeover on the @aaryathletica Instagram in this set the other day? If not, you can watch it now in their highlights! It includes my ’Full Day on my Plate’, which is one of my most requested posts but something I haven’t shared before on my page for a few reasons. Here’s why:
👉What I/everyone eats in a day changes EVERY. DAY. Some days I’m busy, or hungry (/hangry), or stressed, or working out, or studying, and that ALL impacts what I eat.
👉We all have different needs - every BODY is different, and everybody is different too - never judge your own needs, preferences or hunger off somebody else’s. Your size, activity, genetics, habits, metabolism, intolerances, EVERYTHING, are different.
👉I don’t always get it right! Some days I probably undereat and some days I definitely overeat. Some days I eat super healthily and other days I don’t. In the end it balances out, but you don’t see that in a single video. When you see a snapshot of someone’s diet, remember that it doesn’t include everything - it’s one day out of their whole life and their whole diet.
That said, I had so much fun running around in this ‘Draw The Line’ set all day and showing you what I got up to and ate, so acknowledging that they’re just a bit of fun, let me know in the comments if you’d like to see more full days on a plate! 🍽
