Really excited and proud of the work I've been busting my ass on the last two years.
I decided to take a 180 on the path I was leading and switch lanes to head in a different direction.

This is pretty ridiculous but sadly spot on to the direction our society is heading.
What's even sadder is the fact that many people don't even have control over it because their brain is being hijacked by the biological affects of the foodlikeproducts our nation consumes on a regular basis, making up for over 75% of diets and is full of sugar.
I was once there but luckily for me, and my genetic predisposition, I stayed "in-shape" and was "healthy". At least I thought I was healthy.
The inflamed state of my body from such a processed diet, along with mutated genes and specific negative genes activated, led me to being diagnosed with a non cancerous meningioma brain tumor.
Since then, I have made some serious changes to my lifestyle and diet and I share this with all of you to inspire each and every one of you to make just one small change to your lifestyle and diet that could have such a profound impact you’ll never fathom until experienced.

I was helping Charleigh sort through her clothes after moving back from NY & she throws this shirt at me. Instantly I thought of this picture because I remember being mortified that my friend Taylor posted it.
It took me like two weeks to put it on. I didn’t know if there would be a difference. I didn’t know if it would still be tight.
But 💁🏽♀️ I mean honestly. The first picture, this shirt is so tight on my stomach, my boobs are where? I look🤰🏽
There is nothing better than a side by side picture. Nothing better to gauge progress. Throw that scale to the side & start taking more pictures.
I give this credit to PTKs that I drink twice a day, every day. Fat loss clearly a benefit.
This started as a fat loss journey for sure, but turned into something so much more. Betters all around. Energy. Focus. Mood. Sleep. Mental clarity.
I’ve got a long way to go. Since I started drinking PTKs there’s been a lot of ups & downs, giving up, starting over, selling so many trials I didn’t leave any for myself.

I’ve enjoyed learning the game of golf and it’s probably the most difficult thing I’ve ever done. Not to just hit the ball but to be able to control the ball and it go remotely close to where you want it to go.
When I talk about finding ways to move the body, this is an example that doesn’t require a gym.
I was joined by my good friends @stephenlilly and @createdbybrian at the range but getting out on a course adds in even more movement, especially if you walk and don’t get a cart.
It’s hard for me to play during the NC summer due to sweating so much but I try and get in a few days at the range throughout the summer.
Post work our meal number 1 today while at work💪🏽💪🏽 8oz of chicken breast that I ground up and made into breakfast sausage, 1 egg and left over veggies that I cooked last night from dinner. Stay fuel toward your goals🔥🔥

It 3am and I’m putting in the effort to get to my next goal of bench pressing 225lbs. Thanks to @phillip_teufel I’m on my way towards that goal. Hopeful today @phillip_teufel and I can get together and he can explain what exactly it is he wrote down on this sheet of paper. Some of it is Greek to me but here I am killing it. This has been a long hard week.
Yesterday was my only day in the gym this week. Considering I am normally in there 6 days out of the week, it is no wonder I am all out of sorts. But I got to raise my heart rate some. And these light squat cleans felt good (Here is my first rep and last rep.) .
My main issue has been stomach cramping since my colonoscopy on Wednesday. I had to bend over and take breaths after each rep. The EMOM I did after was even worse. .
So I took today off as well. It was the first day that I wasn't cramping all day. I am still bloated and struggling to eat. But I will take no cramping as a win.
Tomorrow I will get back in the gym and hope to be back to semi-normal in time for my competition next Saturday.
Speed and patience is the fuel for momentum! That’s my #takeaway from today’s training.
I continually tell myself to never stop moving. That’s my perspective on #leverage . Today I leveraged a road trip to listen to this training session.

Dinner tonight is just things put together to fill out my macros for the day.
8oz of lean beef, 1/2 of a medium zucchini, 3/4 of a yellow squash all mixed with a little homemade taco seasoning for flavor. All because I got goals💪🏽💪🏽
Woke up early and hammered 100 miles on the trainer followed by a long run.
The hard training is where the magic happens! But no one said it’s easy!
You just have to put your head down and go!

Anyone else feel like summer is going too fast?! Fall is my favorite season so I am excited for that but I’m just not ready for colder weather yet. And definitely not ready for Julia to turn one. So lots of conflicting feelings here. How has your summer been? Have you completed your bucket lists? .
