Hope everyone has a great and productive MONDAY and week 🔛😇
Woke up with clear thoughts of what I want to achieve in life (yeyyyy) in the next couple of months and for me setting short-term goals are something I need to have because they allow me to stay on track toward achieving the ultimate long-term goals.. having something everyday to look forward to is what keeps me going & motivated 
Also, this way I can enjoy the process without the constant feeling of being lost and clueless 🙇🏼‍♀️ My advice for you this week is just do more of what makes you happy and fulfilled 
because YOU are soooo worthy of it !!!! Making the choice to be happy, regardless of your circumstances will create a stronger sense of worth within yourself as well, remember this always: YOU are worthy of being happy in your life, YOU are in complete control of your happiness and the actions that you choose to take !!!🆘♥️ #mondaymotivation #monday #happymonday #motivation #choosehappiness #strong #powerfulwomen #fitnessmotivation

  • Planned or spontaneous rest days?

We all know the importance of rest days. But when should you take them? In my opinion you should take one when needed. I personally don’t schedule my rest day. Why? Because I take one whenever I need one. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Take for example today, I wasn’t going to take a rest day normally. But I woke up super tired, sore and unmotivated. I decided to take a rest day because I know if I would’ve gone to the gym, I would’ve had a shitty workout. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Say I would’ve planned a restday yesterday. I would take a rest day on a day where I felt super motivated and energetic! That wouldn’t be logic, right?

Conclusion: listen to your body. Take rest whenever you need it and don’t over do it. You’d better rest an extra day than train when your body is not ready.

Hi friends, I wanted to talk about everyones favorite topic...growing that booty🤪 on a real note I was always extremely insecure about having a small/flat butt and being a tiny 100lb girl I honestly believed that I could never get a bigger butt. Here to tell you that no matter where you are now and whatever your goals are there is ALWAYS a way to reach them with the proper program and diet. Here are 2 major tips if you are looking to build your butt:

1️⃣ eat MORE🍗🥑🍌 - in order to make gains anywhere on your body you are going to have to up your calorie intake. If you are putting the right types of food into your body, you will see gains in the right places.
2️⃣ progressive overload🏋🏻‍♀️- for those of you who don’t know progressive overload means that in order to gain strength/size/endurance  you must gradually increase the stress that is put on your body. That means adding weight/inc time intervals or reps/etc. Personally, adding weight to my squats and moving to more compound movements is when I saw the greatest difference in size.

  • The older that I get I've come to realize we never stop learning, things about ourselves and other people we come across. A few lessons that I have learnt is as follows, people can change their mind about anything at any point and for no reason so don't trust someone too deeply, you'll always be the bad guy in somebody's story, but people need to remember that there are two sides to every story before you judge. Don't go near someone who had burned you before in the past... because you can bet they'll do it again rest assured. Learn to care less about the little things and meaningless people in this world, they're not you're problem they're someone else's. If you know you're a good person then you have no reason to feel bad about hitting some home truths, even if it offends people because as they say....if the shoe fits.
Direction is more important than speed, as many are going nowhere fast.
Oh and last but not least.....stretch more 😂👆

  • When you are twinning with your client and then are admiring her booty gains - great work Rian! • Sometimes it takes experimenting with different types of workouts to achieve your fitness goals. For Rian, we did lots of HIIT and strength. Once we added stair workouts a few days a week, those booty gains and lean muscle mass started popping through • If you aren’t seeing the results you want, don’t be afraid to change things up! Ab jetzt stellen wir euch jeden Montag einen unserer Athleten aus dem Team Lackstetter vor und warum er oder sie mit dem Sport angefangen hat…

Den Anfang machen aber der Gründer @heikolackstetter und sein Teambetreuer @pexair:

Heiko trainiert schon seit fast 30 Jahren ohne Unterbrechung und hat seinen Bodybuilding Lifestyle zum Beruf gemacht als er 1998 LSP gründete. Den Blick nach links und rechts hat er dabei nie verloren! Genau deshalb ist das Team Lackstetter auch so breit aufgestellt: Bodybuilder, Powerlifter, Olympische Gewichtheber, CrossFit-Athleten, Kampfsportler, Breakletics-Athleten, Fußballer, Football-Spieler, Strongman oder moderne Fünfkämpfer...Im Team Lackstetter ist für jeden ambitionierten Sportler ein Platz frei!

Für die Kommunikation und den Kontakt zwischen Athleten und Unternehmen ist Flo die rechte Hand von Heiko.

Flo kommt ursprünglich vom Basketball bei den @telekombaskets aus Bonn, hat aber mit 18 Jahren durch eine Rehamaßnahme den Kraftsport für sich entdeckt und ist dabei geblieben.   • Vom Kopf ist es manchmal schwer, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig, mit 100% zu meistern🤔

Oft bleibt dann ein Projekt mit einer niederen Priorität auf der Strecke🤷🏼‍♀️
Momentan war es der Sport, es gab andere Schwerpunkte, die mir im Moment wichtiger waren und die es zu meistern galt👍🏻
Doch jetzt kann ich wieder durchstarten und freue mich darauf, meine weiteren Ziele beim Training zu erreichen 💪🏻

I'm no body builder or competitor; only a guy that wants to constantly improve and show that it is a diffucult process for everyone - even personal trainers. 
Today, I start day 1 of my 90 day muscle gain program. I hope that through my posts, you all can learn, grow, lift, and celebrate with me throughout this journey.

You gotta be doing weighted ab exercises to get them to come out. Cardio and sit-ups will only do so much. You gotta train them just like you would any other muscle group. If you want them to grow, you have to put them under heavy load! •*
