Getting the bench press in but only this time it's touch-and-go bench. Still not surprised that I am able to move 225lbs, for my top set of 2x3, easily. My coach even said that it looked easy that we'll need to increase it. Welp, if I want to hit 315lbs then I'll have to work harder to achieve that weight. Let's get it!
You don't have to be great to start, all you need to do is take the first step and believe in you, believing is half the battle, once you believe, you can do, once you do, stay consistent with your actions. Consistency is and will always be the key deciding factor of how far you can go 🔑🙌🏽

I did this for my bro @kuba.mangakahia earlier this year. In my mind he has made big progress just being committed to exercising daily. .
As we tap into our spirit and focus we can overcome the weakness of flesh. This design is a representation of that inner strength with the mangopare in center of the two focused eyes.

Leg day is in the books. Day 17 is under way of #75hard and it’s definitely still tough to make sure everything is getting done like it should. I just have to keep my head down and continue on. #duespaid
#happyhumpday#sidebooty struggling with squats? Add a band...you will feel the difference in your form immediately, at least for me. It helps me isolate my glutes- I’m not built for squatting super heavy, but I try to focus on the muscle and maximize the weight without losing form. Also I’ve been working on ankle mobility thanks to a tip from @mancavekitchen
