Finally added weight to my #pistolsquat !
I had an incredibly exhausting week and we all know how that is...especially if you’re a stress (and all other emotions 🤫) eater... But sticking with all my workouts this week has been my saving grace. Still feeling #strong !
Rugby gal attempting to get fit for the season with 2 gym sessions a week, 2 training sessions, 5k run, netball when I can and extra runs. Gonna document an increase in my fitness, strength and stamina. This is NOT a weight loss account, I am training to play rugby not to get thin. .
