  • 跑齡快六年第一次跑到跌倒真是又蠢又好笑
高架橋下健康路快17k處 
下坡完轉彎處看到攝影師
想說來個華麗帥氣大迴轉😎😎😎😎😎
沒想到直接失速跌倒😂😅
還好反應快趕快撐起來手臉都沒事
後面也沒跟很近撞上

看到膝蓋的血還有種皮裂開的感覺
直接嚇個掉到七分速
那時候4.5K差不多還剩25分鐘
好像還有機會 
一直在天使與惡魔之間徘徊
(長距離最有趣的就是無限自我對話)
惡魔:算了吧 放過自己吧 受傷就是沒破2的原因(其實是不夠努力藉口)
天使:不能啊! 就差一兩分鐘 還有機會一定要破啊

後面直接爆掉掉到6分速

再度宣布破2失敗
翻一下之前照片發現初半馬到現在已經快六年囉
快六年還沒破2欸!!!!
我真是沒長進的快樂跑者啊哈哈哈哈哈😆

有時候想想:平平安安別受傷就好
一個受傷也許整季都沒得玩了
有時候又很不服氣想挑戰自我
突破自我的感覺是無比的驕傲啊

2020渣打馬帶傷還能笑嘻嘻完賽
也是個突破啦!

期待下一次為自己感到驕傲。

  • MINDSET!🧠 Lately, I have been reading a lot about being in the right mindset.  If your mindset is positive, then you will be able to tackle challenges that you face. Now, I am all about Growth Mindset. Growth mindset is what will allow you to expand, learn and overcome your limitations. But Mindset is a set of thoughts of beliefs  you say to yourself🧐. .
So, what if deep down you know you are only lying to yourself about being in a positive mindset…
.
Robin Sherman talks about the Heartset and how the Heartset needs to be acknowledged. It’s where the emotions play a part; where trauma, feeling, and experiences shape your beliefs and thoughts of you. .
By all means I am no expert at this… but it is something to think about and balance it out with all the “Positive Thinking” train. .
So how does this relate to fitness? 💪🏽

Well, this is my assumption… we set a positive mindset only to feel momentarily safe to move forward but we end up sabotaging ourselves  even more in the process. .
So, when you are in the process to positively encourage yourself to make the change you say “yes you can”, but then as things get tough you easily bring out your heartset, the main dialogue that says “why do this, you really don't believe in it that anyway” .
So what I am saying is… recognize that you don’t have to always be in a positive state. You can spend more time in the heartset to develop a strong and healthy mindset to get you where you want to be. .

2015. Mitt första lopp. Stockholm Marathon.
Så. Ont. I. Kroppen. Efteråt.
Och sååå fruktansvärt dåligt väder det var.
Men tävlingsmänniska som jag är så var det jag och pannbenet mot regnet och rusket. Min sambo tyckte det var värre för henne och resten av familjen som var tvungna att titta på i skitvädret 😉 Kan nog inte riktigt hålla med 😂
Men var väldigt nöjd med tiden jag fick då och fick blodad tand.
"Kan jag bli snabbare? Vad kan jag göra mer? Kombinera löpning med simning? Ja, det får bli lite Swimrun".
Och så köpte jag min första våtdräkt några dagar senare 😎
