To BE attractive or to LOOK attractive. There is a difference.
Which do you want the most?
Would you like both?
There are many attributes of ourselves and others that we find desirable and most frequently they stem from deeper roots of confidence and self-esteem. If you’re struggling to believe in your own beauty and attractiveness why not take a look deeper within yourself...What are your strengths? What are your weak points? What do you like and dislike about yourself as a person? We all can have a mix of these so...
1.Don’t beat yourself up on what you view to be a weakness.
2.Trust your strengths and use them.
3.Learn how to change one piece you don’t like about yourself. You can alter it or remove it. This takes practice and a bit of patience, but you can do it.
To make this process easier, start by separating “You as a person” from “You as a woman or man”. You the person is made up of your thoughts and mind, character and personalities. You the woman or man is made up of your physical body, feelings and emotions.
Next, look at you The Person and make a list of the following:
1.What do you like about yourself?
2.What do you dislike about yourself?
3.Decide what qualities you want to keep about yourself and what you want to move towards becoming (the future attributes you would like to have as a person)
Don’t judge yourself.
Don’t compare yourself to others.
Have no expectations of what you might or might not see or learn.
Keep an open mind.
Keep smiling even through the tough days.
