  • One of my 2020 goals is to work on a series similar to this portrait of Django Reinhardt I made. I’ve got a few great designs in the works but I’m open to suggestions of other cool cats from the jazz age I should look up. Who should I paint?

  • Сложно описать словами мою любовь к этому музыканту. Спасибо @natalyaalekseychik за то, что однажды она открыла для меня творчество этого прекрасного гитариста, в музыку которого я влюбился с первых нот! #music #jazz #georgebenson

  • The cover is bad, but this albums still plays great, and it's worth having to hear a young, hungry George Benson shred with Brother Jack McDuff and flex his own original tunes. This record is groovin', swingin', bluesin', and everything in between. Benson definitely hit his commercial stride with his later pop and vocal centric albums of the 70s and 80s, but this shows Benson's true prowess as a monster instrumentalist in jazz &blues who could weave some serious musical magic. Dig this!!!
