  • Week 3 of the peaking program is complete. Have about 6 weeks until @capt.squats and I compete in our first powerlifting meet and we can’t be anymore excited but also very nervous!

As of right now we’re working on SBD for 3x a week and thanks to @gmr_training for setting all this up.

We will definitely have more exciting numbers to hit once we are getting closer to the competition but all this is a working process.

Колко от вас, приятели, си записват прогреса и имат добре структурирана, цялостна програма? Достатъчно е да знаете,че ако нямате план в залата, не може да очаквате значителни резултати...Лично аз, от година и половина вече си следя прогреса и безспорно не съжалявам за което..Да, първите ми дни на следене бяха доста трудни, за намиране на “правилния начин”, и интересни в същото време, понеже всеки ме гледаше и вероятно си е викал “WTF, кво прави този с тая тетрадка”😂 , но НП , учиш се също да не ти пука ... а и не е необходимо да пишете на тетрадка или нещо такова, има много приложения, които дори сами изпълняват повечето математика...Има ли желание, ще намерите и начин 🙌🏻 ⁣
