Nach 2 1/2 Wochen Trainingspause, da ich meine Erkältung nicht so einfach losgeworden bin, war ich gestern und vorgestern endlich wieder im Gym und konnte mich auspowern 😍 das hat so gut getan und war wieder so nötig 😊
Diät ist vorbei und essenstechnisch bin ich wieder entspannter und neues Ziel ist Kraft steigern, neue Sportklamotten sind am Start und die Motivation ist ganz oben 😍💪🏼 Morgen geht's dann ins Brust Schulter Training... ich liebe es 😍

3 weeks #postshow w/a message for YOU! I had no idea what I would accomplish nor how far i would go when I started competing. I simply went in with the thought of “this should be fun!” I wasn’t your typical girly girl and I definitely didn’t lift like I do today, at least with intention. This has been years in the making and I didn’t see the result come in weeks, months or years for that matter. Every season since starting has brought me something different. If there’s any bit of advice I can give you it’s that every move and decision you makes COUNTS! It won’t be a quick process and it may take you longer than others and that’s ok. Your body will constantly be changing and that’s the beauty of this sport, it’s a marathon not a sprint. Competing should enhance your life and allow for room for some grit and straight up the hardest work you’ve ever been through, its ok that’s what builds character and self development. 😉 It isn’t easy and never will be but making sure you’re set up and ready is key. I am a professional with your best interest in mind and here to help you be sure to protect your metabolic, physical and mental health which can all be extremely compromised with this sport. Yep, the bad stuff nobody tells you about! There are so many shows, which means there is no reason to rush or keep getting on stage if it is detrimental to your health. Your coach should have a solid plan for you leading into the show and most importantly OUT OF THE SHOW. There is no one size fits all and each of you deserve the attention to detail based on what your body needs at that time. Educate yourself, take charge and advocate for your health and don’t ever be afraid to ask questions!

So write out exactly it is what you want, make a decision to go after it, or honestly, just forget about it because the stress you add and excuses you make about doing it one day is worse for you than just accepting where you are.

Not many know the struggle that I have had with depression, A couple of years ago I start a journey to lose weight, and in that journey I have lost a good amount of LBS. I was feeling good inside and out. Then a storm came that really knocked me down. For those who really really know me well, they know this is a big step for me because I don't share my feelings. I keep everything in. I went through 2 miscarriage and 1 ectopic pregnancy that crushed me. I went along time unable to go to any of my family's baby showers or anything like that. Also went throw two car accident that gave me a herniated disc in my lower back.
But with this today publicly I'm making a declaration That instead of feel sorry for Myself. I'm using that as fuel and motivation to better my self for me and my family. This workout was done in two different parts! ... and it was KILLER! ✨
3 different exercises
I used a 30lbs barbell!
First 2: Add 1 rep each time.
Between mini sets rest 2 seconds.
Bent over rows I went until I was burnt out! I think I got 30 reps in 😰
