I just ordered another actually haha. 🙌🏻 Long post but I just wanted to share a little gym tip that helped me, maybe it’ll help you too!
So yesterday I was HATING squats (I usually enjoy them) they felt so difficult, I was so grumpy about them, I couldn’t wait for the sets to end. Then in my head I was like “you hate it cause it’s hard!” And then I was like “true dat” lmao 😂. So then I made myself do an extra set because the exercises you hate and that are difficult will sometimes be the ones that give you those next level results.👌🏻 Those are the times you really need to push yourself physically and mentally. Usually your body can do it, but your mind wants to tell you it’s hard and to stop. And honestly if a workout is easy are you working hard enough for the results you want? 🧐

Stick with your watery fruits! They are good for us, less sugary and help elevate our energy levels. Some of my favorites are: oranges, apples, pears, watermelon and berries!
Big result 🏅today post baby as I managed to do the full bridge/crab again! It could still do with a little improvement but I was incredibly happy to be able to do it! 🥰
I’ll be honest, despite feeling back to full fitness 💪 in many ways, I felt as though there were a few exercises that were still out of reach and this was one of them!
For some reason today I just decided to give it a go though and was pleasantly surprised!
I think the most interesting part getting back to full fitness has been how little I have focused on the results and how much I have focussed on the process. I am following my old training plan that helped me design the Signature Collection and I am committed to training 4 times ✅ a week
a week ago, I was terrified to be in the gym without a coach. it had been so long since I trained without one. all of these things kept running through my mind and I was convinced I wouldn’t be able to move up in weight and that any progress would just be thrown away.
none of that is true. i’ve moved up in weight in almost every single thing. i’ve pushed myself, for myself, by myself. @tay.ray.bay is still here cheering me on and motivating me; she isn’t going anywhere. but the mindset I’ve put myself in is one that’s going to be hard to break. 🖤

On 3/12/18 I gave birth to our second baby at 36 years old!! I admit I was terrified at thinking if I’d get back to where I was before kids!!
