So can we also talk about how many shrimp I have on my plate lolll big seafood gal🍤This is an old pic, but the guac is just mashed avo + lime juice + sea salt @seesalttaste & then I sautéed the shrimp in garlic ghee. I roasted a whole sweet potato then once it was almost done, cut it longways and sautéed it in more lime juice + avo oil.

Happy Wednesday 🔽 Mix together 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 mashed banana, 1 tbsp maple syrup, 1 tbsp cocoa powder in a bowl until combined well. For this fRYEday I had to share a little something a family member picked up for me this last December. @lfdistillery released their first aged rye bourbon in November, I had actually marked it in my calendar. My Uncle lives 5 min from them and I was going to have him run by and grab me a bottle. Well I forgot about it and I didn’t think there would be much left once I remembered. Thankfully my uncle knows exactly what I like, picked me the bottle and also topped it off with a vintage Old Fitzgerald proofing jigger from the 50s. I think antique bourbon stuff is awesome, so this little shot glass was icing on the cake. If youve never been by @lfdistillery just south of Nashville, I highly suggest it. It’s an awesome little distillery. 2c shredded rotisserie chicken
1 package taco seasoning
1 15 oz can black beans, drain and rinse
1 cup fresh or frozen corn
1 cup shredded carrots
1 medium onion chopped
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 cup fresh Or jarred salsa
1 1/2 cups chicken stock
Add all ingredients to a crockpot. Stir. Cook on medium heat, 4 to 5 hours.
Garnish with avocado or guacamole, sour cream, cilantro, shredded cheddar cheese. Enjoy!
